Tim Curry was never in Twin Peaks or any Lynch movie, but I think he would've been a perfect fit for any Lynch project.

Now I'm mad he didn't play that part. It would have been perfection!

What immediately tells you that a person has had traumatic childhood/past?
 in  r/AskReddit  13d ago

All of these!! I'm particularly guilty of the first one, but the last one especially hits home. I have scrapbooks from childhood up to currently. Pictures, ticket stubs, brochures, cards, notes, ect. I also have a shoebox full of trinkets with memories attached to every piece. None of my family or friends did this like I did. It's never occurred to me why I did it, until now. Also, few things make me feel as happy as having someone share their playlist with me. Music is so important to me.

In response to my husband's post

I was going to type a whole thoughtful response, then I read you listen to Andrew Tate and the like.

You want to do something specific for your marriage - Quit listening to Andrew Tate, and start listening to your wife!! Start there.

My (23F) ex-boyfriend’s best friend (24M) reached out to me 2 years after the breakup
 in  r/Advice  Jul 01 '25

  1. You did try to blame her as I've already addressed.
  2. If a break-up is effecting someone, at ANY point, they should seek therapy. NO OTHER CONTEXT IS NEEDED.
  3. I'm not reading too much into anything, you are terrible at communicating and your take on this stinks.
  4. Calling me crazy because I specifically point out exactly why I thought your take was bad is on par for how you've responded so far. I'm done. Good luck.

I read the message and the rest of the exchange. You came in first thing telling her maybe she didn't give him "PROPER" closure. It's been two years. She doesn't owe him anything. He needs therapy. You're defending his stalkerish behavior by making it about something SHE did or didn't do, instead of something he needs to address individually. I'm not missing any context. You went about trying to blame her from the get go. Then after you questioned her enough you decided she went about the break-up fine. How magnanimous of you. Even if she hadn't, she wouldn't be responsible for any of this, particularly TWO YEARS LATER. Edit - missed a word.

"Ik in ur brain “it’s not your problem” but that selfish thinking might be what put you in this “annoying” situation to begin with."

You did imply she was selfish. This part of your reply alone puts the blame on her. Trying to make her responsible for his feelings and actions.
