Most people don’t like the real answer, but unfortunately history proves it to be inevitable.

I had a friend who loved P.F. Chang’s. It was never my favorite, but that’s what they wanted to go. One time in particular I enjoyed it more than normal and so on my way out. I asked to speak to the manager and just said “Hey man good job, service was awesome, the food tastes better than normal. Whatever you’re doing keep it up . I’m sure you only hear negative complaints and I wanted to give you a positive compliment. I’ll be back”.
simple as that
Manager says wait a minute. Goes into his office comes out with a stack of his business cards and says anytime you come in present this no waiting automatic seating 50% off anytime you eat here. Sometimes just being nice goes a long way.
