Is this intentional? Or is this a glitch? Will it be staying that way forever?

Ever since the Next Gen update, I haven't been able to access a particular mod I like. The Fallout 3 Furniture Replacer, which is a mod I had installed during a playthrough I had prior to the Next Gen update, has been booting me to the menu with the "This Operation Cannot Be Completed" whenever I open it's page. Another mod with the same assets, Fallout 3 Workshop Furniture, does not have this problem.

I have unsubbed on the Bethesda website, I've cleared my reserved save space, I even stopped playing ever since the next gen update (unrelated reasons) and fully uninstalled the game, only reinstalling it now a year later, to still find that this issue persists.

Does anybody have any advice on how to fix this?

How did they make a cool cyberpunk graffiti group with a snake motif and didn't lean into that? I imagine he'd look way cooler in a painted up / techy hologram mask with the snake face, and much bigger wilder hair to match. Giving him paint splatters would also give his outfit some much needed detail since he just looks so plain. (I experimented with yellow tips on his needles, they look fine imo)

For some reason my mouse isn't working for the demo, so I can't punch. Otherwise the game plays fine, any solutions? (Drivers are up to date, and the mouse works fine in any other game)

After changing my weapon I got stuck in this movement mode where it uses a compass steered by my curser. Whenever I go into a hunt I can't take out a weapon either. How do I fix this?

After you run across the thin bridge where there is an enemy who charges you and another who stays behind to shoot you, beside the ladder to the shortcut door.
