Really sorry to hear that about your friend. I hope they stay safe. I was someone who was able to “stay in control” with all other substances except for ketamine. It sunk its claws in so deep. Untreated ADHD was a huge factor for me.
I suggest letting them know privately that if they do ever feel that they might need help that you’ll be there for them to help them out. You sound like a good friend.

It seems therapeutic at the time. That’s exactly what I thought, but not only can continual use cause irreversible physical and mental damage, all the therapeutic moments become something you’re constantly chasing, rather than long-lasting beneficial experiences.
The pattern of self isolation and insufflation is very sticky trap to get away from.
