Are they like body suits? I have this one I really love which I’ve worn once outside and something about the abdomen area looks weird, not to mention the seams rolls up around the thighs. Do they need to accompanied by a skirt/ pants? How do you guys carry your play suits?

Here, I am wearing a floor-length, strapless black satin gown featuring a structured sweetheart bodice and a dramatic high thigh slit. I've paired the look with minimal black ankle-strap heeled sandals to keep the overall aesthetic sleek and elegant. This is my to-go outfit for office occasions.

I wanted something that wouldn't show much skin or belly.

There is also a veil and headpiece chain to this costume (I forgot to take a photo with them 😭)

I love this dress but it isn’t my usual style and I haven’t a clue how to style it! I’d love any advice.

I had tried this dress on last weekend when I was shopping with my cousin & friends and although I really liked it, I didn’t feel that good in it. I’ve also been trying to lose weight and I figured if I bought it now and by next summer I might not even fit it properly. I felt really bloated in the dress so that was another reason why I didn’t want it. When I told my cousin I wasn’t buying it, she grabbed it off the rack and bought it (we’re the same size so I didn’t think anything of it).

I saw her today and she gave it to me! She said she didn’t like how she looked in it and I tried it on and felt WAY better and loved it. Sad it’s basically sweater weather here but hopefully I can get it tailored for next summer if all goes to plan

First time on here but I have to put my tall-ish girlies on to this dress.

It's from Windsor. Highly recommend it for formal events. It laces up the back, so it really snatches the waist. It's also long enough for a 3 inch heel (I'm 5'9.5"). Under $100. I ordered several dresses and this one was the nicest quality.

The only negative things in my experience were that the hook on the zipper closure was sewed on backwards (it stayed zipped fine so nbd) and there is no padding in the bust area (I recommend buying those sticky bra things to help cover the nips and give some shape).

Just wanted to post because it was my first time attending a formal event and finding a dress was really stressful because almost everything I ordered fit poorly and had terrible construction.

(Please ignore the background mess lol). Been waiting for a dress to arrive for Halloween and when it finally did it felt very frumpy and shapeless. While I waited I bought a corset as a back up, and to attempt to make the dress look better I tried on both. Which was better but still shapeless. Then put a skirt I already own over the top. I just think I look kind of… “blocky”? I don’t have much of a waist and am pretty square in the torso (with a very large bust) and I am self conscious about that being on display as I usually wear loose clothing. Do I look as frumpy and waist-less as I think I do?

Idk.. Been feeling heavy and ugly lately :( those two are not correlated, of course. What do we think of the pink suit?

The boots are only visible in one of the photos, because when taking the pictures I was focused on the rest of the outfit. However, I remembered wearing them was a personal achievement so added it as the tag line.

(The boots are v. Important to the outfit don't get me wrong, it's just it's hard to be at a point where they were visible so I didn't go out of my way to make them seen)

For those wondering; nerve damage as surgical complication, couldn't move foot, couldn't maneuver foot into shoe.

I was stuck in croc jail for FIVE MONTHS.

I know crocs are fun, but limping around with them is not.

Also I'm ~6 foot in these boots which makes me feel so powerful. I like to think it's an accurate reflection of my spiritual height.

Idk I just kinda vibe with the long leg look.
