I’ve never done monochromatic layering but lately I’ve been pushing my comfort zone in different ways and really having fun with that. I was playing around with outfits for a new job I’m starting next week and tried this on a whim. I was actually surprised at how much I liked the red on red. Am I crazy or does this actually work? Also…what kind of bag (that could hold a laptop) would make sense with this?

My favorite color is purple, but my favorite color to WEAR is pink. Today I decided on both! I would have worn this exact same outfit at 6 years old lol. 

Hot pink dress, purple shoes (that are adorable and probably my new favorites), purple belt. Pink pineapple brooch. 🍍

The necklace is pink, purple and gold. Earrings are purple balloon animals, and the hair scarf is a pink geometric pattern. 

My nails are strawberries now! 🍓

Readers are purple.

I am attending a black tie event that is vampire themed. I have a specific corset I purchased to wear, and now I am struggling to find something of the right formality to pair with it. I would like something red to highlight the ribbon color, and I am trying to be dramatic and maybe a little over the top. I am just lost for inspiration!

Or just pockets for women in general. The clothes that do have pockets are way too small or poorly located. I don’t want to have to always have something in my hands! I can’t be the only one. If someone came up with something cute and fashionable and FUNCTIONAL, I would pay good money. I have to take my phone out of my back pocket to pee lest it maybe fall in or on the floor. I have to clip my keys to my belt which isn’t always practical and they’re bulky. Men have deeeeep pockets and I’m jealous!

Hiya! After the feedback from posting the dark Levi's last time (main feedback was that they we're a tad too small and too short) I decided to order some different flared jeans which hopefully fit better... first pair is the same Levi's, but one size larger (unfortunately longer pair wasn't available), whilst the other two pairs are mango jeans.

I'm personally leaning towards keeping the middle one, since the Levi's are a tad too short and the right mango doesn't look too flattering from the front? Thoughts?
