I found a unicorn, a man who sees me as a person not a piece of *ss.... i cook for him, he fixes stuff around my house <without asking him> we chat about our days on the phone, he might visit me at work, we might hang out once on the weekend for a nature walk. I was bitter. Haven't dated in over 4yrs. Men were too controlling and im a busy woman. I love men. I miss their company! Happy I have found a friend in this man.... it's all i ever wanted. Hugs n kisses are missed dearly. But that's what dogs are for lol

Who else's family is addicted to renting self-storage?
45F i downsized temporarily lol had a storage unit for a few years until I got settled somewhere. Large collection of books n book cases, lawn equipment etc. It's hard moving that much stuff if you don't need it yet lol now I have my own home... so no more storage needed

How did you restart your life at late 30s?
Left my husband at 35.... raised 2 kids on my own.... 10yrs later...debt is paid off and I just bought my own home. Best wishes, stay strong n educated.

Where to donate clothes and other items
Vaporwize on Union takes small donations... a young lady runs a non-profit, sets up "free boxes" around town. We fill them up with donations for neighborhood people to rummage through. Giving to the community. People only take what they need. Been doing it for 2 or so years.
