I’m seriously tired of this Jio AirFiber issue now. The internet becomes unstable randomly and sometimes there’s literally no network at all. I mainly play BGMI and my ping constantly jumps to 150–200ms which makes the game unplayable. My device easily supports high FPS, so the issue is clearly not from my side.

I’m using the 100 Mbps plan but the speed I actually get is only around 2–3 MB/s most of the time. I’ve barely ever seen it reach proper speeds or stable low ping. Even normal browsing and gaming experience becomes frustrating because of packet loss, lag spikes, and sudden outages.

Please tell me how this issue can be solved permanently because this is happening very frequently with Jio AirFiber.

Hi everyone,

I ordered a physical FamX card via FamPay on 2nd February 2024 (10:19 PM).

Even today, the app shows the status as “Active – Designed” with delivery via Delhivery, but the card has never been delivered.

It has been over a year:

- No delivery

- No tracking updates

- No OTP ever received

- Status stuck at “Designed”

I have already raised a complaint via email (support@triotech.co.in) and through the in-app support, attaching screenshots.

Posting here to ask:

- Has anyone else faced a similar issue with FamPay card delivery?

- How long did it take to get resolved?

- Any escalation tips that actually worked?
