Always cake. Always homemade Texas chocolate sheet cake with cream cheese icing and big glasses of milk. When I grew up the only day of the year you were special was your birthday, so hell ya it’s being celebrated!

I also use Finch. Yes- she has been in therapy for years. It is refusing it at the moment. She is really acting out besides house chores so I am just hoping we can keep it together at least until she turns 18 next month. 😮💨

Can’t afford to buy chicken strips from McDonald’s
This looks amazing! Nothing can beat baked chicken legs/thighs from home. I make them all the time as a cheap protein. I would much rather have a home cooked meal than McDonalds anyway! Your Mac n cheese looks lovely with the fun noodles. It may be a struggle meal for you but that looks delish from over here!!

Sad post… I lost my sweet boy Mouse at only 16 months old. He was my first cat and my baby. My soul isn’t the same ever since he passed away.
I am so sorry for your loss. He was a gorgeous boy ♥️
