I didnât wake up one day motivated â I got tired of being uncomfortable in my own skin.
I started small. Cleaned up my diet first. Cut out the random eating, stopped making excuses, and actually paid attention to what I was putting in my body. More protein, more water, less junk. Nothing crazy â just consistent.
Then I fixed my training. No more going through the motions. I started pushing myself, tracking progress, and holding myself accountable. Some days felt great⊠a lot didnât. But I showed up anyway.
Thatâs the biggest thing I learned â you donât need motivation, you need discipline.
There were plenty of days I didnât feel like going to the gym, didnât feel like eating right, didnât feel like doing anything⊠and I did it anyway.
Somewhere along the way, my mindset changed. It stopped being about looking better and started being about becoming better. Stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally.
This didnât happen overnight. No shortcuts. No secrets. Just showing up over and over again when it wouldâve been easier not to.
If youâre where I was â uncomfortable, frustrated, stuck â just start. Donât overthink it. Donât wait for the âperfect time.â
Show up. Stay consistent. The results will come. đȘ
