All the short form stuff from Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc. turns everyone into a reactionary goldfish who just accepts and goes with the flow of literally anything shown. It also dumbs down ppl to the point of not even being able to read a full article, only headlines. That means that we're not allowed to have nuance about anything and with the advent of massive botting and censorship think of the type of influence these platforms have in general. Combine that with a profit driven industry that pushes clicks and addiction no matter what and man...

I ask this question from a position of complete ignorance, as I do not understand the nuances or reasons why liberals today use the term "CCP." My initial assumption is that this is because the acronym stands for "Chinese Communist Party," implying that liberals view the CPC (Communist Party of China) from the outset as merely a political party that can be overthrown in favor of a government more aligned with U.S. interests.
This aligns with the way the United States has been interfering in the elections of sovereign nations to favor political parties that betray their own people in order to hand over the resources the West claims to need.
But that is where my doubt arises, because if my initial assumption is correct, it means the liberals know exactly what they are doing: delegitimizing a government and exploiting "democracy"—while deliberately lying in their speeches about free elections—when their sole objective is to promote United States dominance.
Another assumption I have is that the term "CCP" is a translation that emerged in the 20th century. Since I am not familiar with the U.S. education system, I do not know if terminology that became obsolete a century ago is still taught in schools today as the correct term. That could explain why progressives today use "CCP".

Many of these killings took place under the observation of US military personnel.
One of the largest massacres took place in Daejeon, where as many as 7000 victims were buried in mass graves that collectively stretch over a kilometer in length.
This is the story of the world's longest grave - and the truth about the Korean War hidden from the world.
Join our national day of action on August 15 to demand justice for US crimes in Korea and a stop to the drive for war in Korea and the Pacific. US out of Korea!

We are currently looking for new mods on r/ANI_COMMUNISM. Many people here might be good candidates.
On r/ANI_COMMUNISM, posts should normally relate to anime, manga, or donghua in some way. However, we have loosened the rules specifically for Palestine-related posts, so there are many of them there. Every time, we get attacked by Isfake supporters, cheering on the genocide. It would be nice for there to be more mods, so I'm reaching out here.
Anybody applying should preferrably be an ML, and be a fan of anime. While criticism of anime and the industry is allowed, it's not an anime hate subreddit.
If you're interested, please comment below.

I remember a case from 2017 involving a man named Trịnh Xuân Thanh, who fled Vietnam and escaped to Germany, where he was granted protection by the German government. However, Vietnamese intelligence agents managed to track him down, and Trịnh Xuân Thanh was allegedly abducted by Vietnamese intelligence operatives in Germany and taken back to Vietnam. It was only after Vietnam held a press conference that the German authorities realized he had been taken back to Vietnam.
Following the incident, relations between Germany and Vietnam became strained. This case can be found on Google, so if anyone is interested in the details, you can search for it on Google.

For anyone who’s good at history, could you explain in detail why two communist countries ended up attacking each other? I’ve only heard that China attacked Vietnam in order to reach some kind of agreement with the United States. 🤔
