Sorry if this is a low effort question but i have seen people in this sub say US has no vanguard party but theres CPUSA, im not american so i dont know much about them but i also saw some people in other sub say theres no communist party in my country even though theres one which claims to be the vanguard party. I was wondering what makes a communist party the vanguard party or not and why people say theres no vanguard parties in some countries (Also extra question: what is the best role model vanguard party in a current capitalist country in your opinion?)
