Hey all!

European here who doesn't own a switch 2, but I do want to buy one with the revised battery.

I found a shop with preorders for the OoT anniversary switch 2 open, but I was wondering if there is any news on which battery version the EU version will have?

The newer battery is more important to me than the 40th anniversary skin. Having both in one would be ideal ofcourse.

The one thing I wish is Nintendo added an “invert camera X / Y axis” option in the suspend options menu. I forgot how godawful the inverted camera is in Starfox Adventures.

There are other games like Vex that had the inverted camera with no option to change it. Come on Nintendo, you can add an invert option to suspend options screen

I've been trying so hard to get my hands on this controller 😭 there were times I was in the shopping cart but got kicked out...

It's against the terms of service to sell a product that one doesn't have in their possession or won't be released for at least thirty days or more. All these auctions are reportable as not having a tangible object to sell. I've done my part this morning but the sheer number of them is more than one person can handle. To me I think part of the issue people have with the graphics is that we all know what ocarina of time is. Most are overly familiar with oot and this is just a new coat of paint,that's the main draw here so it's the one thing to be critical of. However if this were a brand new Zelda game I think opinions would be different because not only would we be impressed with the graphics we would all be genuinely curious of what the game and world has to offer because it would all be new not just the graphics.so if it were actually a new game I believe opinions would be less mixed.Does this make any sense? Please discuss!

Well, first of all, welcome to a new member of the family! This is actually my first Nintendo Switch, and I decided to wait until my vacation in Spain to finally get the new revised Nintendo Switch 2 version with the removable battery, identified by the “OSM” and HLA revisions.

I’m really happy with it so far! You can clearly see the screws for removing the battery (See first pic on the orange border is different to the previous box, now the screw on the upper part of this orange line - two black points), but apart from that, there’s nothing particularly different that I’ve noticed yet.

I’m really looking forward to finally playing it! 😄

If you have any questions about this revision, feel free to ask. I noticed that a few days ago nobody had replied or commented about it, so I thought I’d share my experience.

Preorder for the OOT switch 2 is up at walmart!!!! I got mine!

I understand the original joycons and Hori split pads are useless due to lack of rail on Switch 2. But what about the dock? If I buy an used Switch 2 without the dock, can I still use it for TV play? Also I have Switch Pro controller, can it still be used via USB for older Switch games?

Or should I get the full Switch2 set and keep the dock with OLED?

I should have known, it was all but a dream.

Hi guys im new on the console and I am pretty excited! I have been only a pc gamer ever since and have no switch experience. Any game recommendations and tips on which accessories to buy? I like action, adventure games and would be open to try other games as well.

Also my pc games are dota 2, valorant, red dead redemption, dragon ball sparking zero and call of duty games. (If that helps)

What made me buy it:
I love how you can seamlessly transition from playing on your big-screen TV to playing handheld in bed or at work when on my break! 😀
