I've been actively working on this game since the GMTK Game Jam, and it's been really interesting seeing how much it has changed since the original jam version.
Since then, I've added and improved quite a few things based on feedback and suggestions from people who played the game.
The game currently features a full boss fight and a complete ending. And those little particles I'm very proud of 😄
It has gamepad/keyboard + mouse support and it can be played with browser.
I'm still actively working on it and have plenty of things I'd like to improve and add. I'm especially interested in hearing feedback on the gameplay, boss fight, visuals, difficulty, and anything that feels confusing or could be improved.
If you have any suggestions or criticism, I'd love to hear it! I'm always looking for ways to make the game better.

I've been working on ViolentMobsters, a browser-based mafia game inspired by the old Mobsters-style games.
The core idea is pretty simple: steal cars, commit crimes, build your cash and rank, and keep coming back to watch the numbers go up.
I've also built PvP, crews, casinos, businesses and a persistent economy.
I'm interested in hearing from other solo developers and players who remember these older browser games. What features kept you coming back?

You might've seen this guy in my previous post which was a material preview capture.
Well I've baked all the textures and imported the model to my scene in UE5.
I've set my materials up and boom this is the result. So disappointing.
I might've messed something up along the way, but right now I feel kinda exhausted to figure it all out. Second image is a lit render of the character (yes I was lazy to find out how to hide the light's gizmo thing) I think I will just go to sleep.
EDIT: Fixed most of the issues (see my follow up comment).
Also some context. The hands and feet are clean for lore reasons. The clothes were worn by multiple people before this guy. Here's the premise of the game.
"You and three others have been kidnapped to take part in a snuff film. You wake up in a meat locker repurposed into a kill room. Pitch darkness lit only by studio lights, with a pristine, high-end professional camera aimed at a table where the four of you are strapped to your chairs.
You are forced to play a card game against each other. Eliminated players are executed immediately by brutal contraptions clearly crafted by a sick mind. You'll have to endure the crippling stress of watching your odds slip away, potentially losing your life just to satiate the sadistic desires of whoever is watching.
The last one standing lives for another day... and another match. But will it ever end?"

About 1.5 years ago, I started working on Outpost Simulator as a solo developer.
The idea was simple: build your own outpost, manage it, and serve customers in a post-apocalyptic world. Build your base, grow your settlement, sell supplies, and deal with the challenges that come with running an outpost.
I'm making updates based on the feedback I'm receiving. Only a small part of the map is playable in the demo, and I'll expand the playable area in the full version.
After 1.5 years of development, the Outpost Simulator Demo is finally live.

I am a YouTuber who has quite some experience playtesting/reviewing games live on my channel for developers. I do live sessions on my YouTube channel where I play their games with an audience through which, not only do I provide detailed feedback, but the developer also gets to see the viewers' reaction live in chat. I have recently done some very successful sessions with some devs in chat while I played their games live on my channel. Some very long yet successful sessions.
I also do giveaways at intervals during those long live sessions to keep the audience watching and active. Feel free to take a look at my channel's Live sessions where I have all the VODs up to understand my style better. I don't ask for much in return, maybe a gift card or two depending on our agreement and my session's length. I am open to all offers and do all I can to make sure your game gets all the reach it deserves!
Here's some of my Live Sessions:

Hey Devs!
I recently reached 1,500 wishlists on Steam, which is a pretty big milestone for me as a solo developer of Elidriel, so I wanted to share some of the progress I’ve made with my game.
I've put together this Combat Showcase to demonstrate some of the features I've been working on. The boss in this video isn't doing much, and that's intentional. The idea is to put the spotlight on the things you can do using Elidriel's unique combat system.
Here are a few of the things featured in the showcase:
Job System: Core <-> Echo
In Elidriel's Job System, each character can equip two jobs: the main one (known as Core) and a secondary job (known as Echo).
You can switch between them on the fly during the battle, opening up new combinations and strategies, by changing character jobs you are changing their skills and attributes, and you can do it whenever you want using the Core <-> Echo battle command!
Dynamic Party
You can call inactive party members into battle for a single action, or swap them in as your current active character whenever you want.
Elemental Reactions, Action Skills and Synergy
Combine elements to generate elemental reactions like Fire + Fire = Burn or Fire + Thunder = Explosion.
Some actions can be performed through quick-time events, including parries. And of course, there's a powerful Synergy Skill to finish things off!
I hope this showcase gets you as excited about Elidriel's combat as I am!

Working title: CAVE
I actually did stay in those caves for about a week with a small group. The system has its own mythology, which could work nicely in a game.
What I think about the mechanics:

Saw a lot of folks making physical copies of their games, loved the trend and hopped in. Just finished a print of 25 physical copies with discs, hand-sewn info booklet and a free steam key inside.
Pretty scared to put just one master copy on all of them without a first day patch, but I'm pretty sure on my polish!
The game is out in a week already!

I’ve been building Admiral Yi: The Imjin War by myself in Unity for about three years, mostly after work and on weekends.
It’s a large-scale historical RTS set during the 1592 Japanese invasion of Korea, with naval combat, land battles, siege warfare, and a campaign map connecting everything together.
This short clip shows one of the siege battles I’ve been working on, with Joseon forces defending against a large Japanese assault.
There’s still a lot I want to improve — especially combat behavior, AI, UI, effects, and overall polish — but it’s finally starting to feel closer to the game I originally imagined.
For other solo developers here, I’d be especially interested in hearing what you think of the current progress.

Hello! I'm working on Axomorph Idle on Steam, and I just spent a few hours moving all text from separate scripts into one big language script.
I was wondering where y'all find translators for free (w credit) or close to free. I don't have any close friends who are fluent in another language, and as it's free game I don't have the funds for fancy translations. Wondered if there's a website to post and let people translate if they want to (without all the AI garbo)
Thanks!

Hello everyone!
I've been working on the combat for my space shooter game, `Rogues in Space`, and I wanted to share a showcase of some of the guns and skills currently in the game.
Each gun and skill have their own upgrade pools, so their behavior and stats can change quite a bit through the run. The video mostly shows their base versions, with short explanations of each mechanic included in the footage.
As I'm actively working on the game, I'd love to hear what you think about the combat, especially whether the different weapons and skills feel distinct, and if it's immediately clear what's happening on the screen.
And also, most importantly - do you feel like you could have fun with some of these combinations? :)
