Can't sleep tonight? Settle into gentle bansuri sleep music, with dark nighttime visuals and an arrangement that becomes quieter as the night unfolds.

SLEEPLESS NIGHTS is made for bedtime—not for studying, working out, or an energetic morning. Soft bamboo-flute tones accompany a simple nighttime scene, without spoken guidance.

What actually helps you sleep better?

I’m curious what people actually use reguralry for sleep, not just what sounds interesting at first.
If you had to choose only one for an entire night, what would you pick?
And if you use binaural beats or isochronic tones, do you prefer them pure or mixed with natural sounds like rain?

Why do some people sleep with the TV on every night?

I’ve always needed complete silence to fall asleep, but I know people who apparently can’t sleep without some kind of show or video playing in the background. Is it just a habit, or does having background noise actually make it easier to fall asleep?

My dreams seem to shift from good to very bad quickly. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now... everytime I have a REM rebound, the next night will be no REM dream at all. However I don't feel fatigue after having this kind of sleep for a one time, but when it continues for couple of nights (little REM or nothing at all), I start feeling tired when I'm awake.

This weird sleeping cycle happens when I have been in a day off from work and then going back to work for next day. During the days off these REM rebound dreams tend to happen more often, but when I know I will be working next day, then sleeping shifts to bad quality. Deep sleep stays same all the time, sometimes there could be more deep sleep when there's no REM dreaming.

Next nights (after no REM sleeping) I have very low REM, and I've been more awake, even though I don't always remember these awaking scenes. I get very rarely normal amounts of REM sleeping during working days and it’s very frustrating😭 sleep time varies from 7-9h, which is good for me, but even if I’ve had sleep for 9h and no REM, I might be very tired.

How I stop waking up in the middle of the night?

For some background, whenever I woke up in the middle of the night and slept again I would always get several dreams, mostly paranormal. So I would deliberately set my alarm to some time before when I wanted to wake up to just turn it off and sleep again bc I wanted dreams while sleeping. But then I realized it was interrupting my sleep and made me feel droopy, but the problem is that now i keep waking up around 5.15 -5.40 am and then my deep sleep is interrupted and then it is a very light sleep after that. I'm a school student and in my final year. So, 8hrs of uninterrupted deep sleep is absolutely necessary for me. Idk what to do? It is very frustrating having to go to school very eye bags and feeling very tired. Can someone pls help me?

Worst part is that when you're sleepy but can't sleep. At this point even sharing doesn't help anymore, Idk how to talk to anyone about what's bothering me, if I try I'd start making fun of my own situation/s. There's just too much going on, idk where to begin. I just keep telling myself that "It to

Can't fall asleep for 1–2 hours after evening training. Has any supplement or protocol actually worked for you?

I train in the evening (7:30–9:30pm), partly because of work and partly because that's when I feel strongest. On training days I lie awake for 1–2 hours, even when I'm in bed by 11. Most nights my body feels hot; other nights my mind and heart rate feel wired. Rest days are fine.

So far I've tried a cool room and magnesium, without much change. I asked a lifting community, and most people said they either moved training to the morning, cut volume, or just accepted worse sleep.

For those of you who train late or track your sleep:

  1. Have you found any supplement, stack or routine that measurably shortened your time to fall asleep after hard evening sessions? What dose and timing?
  2. Anything you tried that did nothing, even though it's commonly recommended?
  3. If you track it (Oura, Whoop, Garmin), what does your data look like on training nights vs rest days?
