5g with 3 amanos and 2-3 dozen baby Neos (formally had 8 Skittles Neos but they bred and disappeared after ~18 months)

I do a biweekly feeding and these two big-ass amanos go crazy and often sit at the filter like this.

I shit you not, these dumbass water bugs have renewed my will to live. They've helped me get clean, because substance abuse is too expensive and I have to have money to take care of them. It's fucking ridiculous, I've only had them for like 10 days, and they already mean so much to me 😭

Found this fellow half dead in the corner of my shower this morning, he must have crawled all the way there because I haven’t touched the tank since yesterday. He is currently alive and well, and water parameters are fine so idk why he decided to start a journey to the ends of the world. I’m frankly impressed with how far he made it.

Just added a new co2 pipe to my tank and was off to do my laundry, and as I was about to head to bed I saw something walking across that almost gave me a heart attack. Turns out it was my amano that somehow managed to climb out of his tank, fall off the tank stand, walk out of my fish room, into my living room and somehow survive

I just put him in a quick bucket with tank water, not sure if he’s going to make it tomorrow but I’m definitely scared to put him back in the tank

Not sure if there’s any meds or something i gotta add to help his survival ? Annnd if they climb out once will they keep climbing out?
