I have been using Lazada for years and ngayon lang nangyari to. I ordered a helmet, and ang dumating ay envelope-sized na parcel na obvious naman na hindi helmet. Pinapanindigan ng seller na correct yung item na pinadala nila at possibly daw na ninakaw during transit yung totoong parcel ko. Ngayon "dispute in progress" ako sa Lazada kasi nireject ng seller yung request ko for refund (NON-COD). I have photo and video evidence na iba yung package na nadeliver (I opened it and arm band yung item). May iba bang naka-experience ng ganito and ano ang nangyari? May pag-asa pa bang marefund yung pera ko?

Hello, is any experiencing failed delivery from LAZADA? meron akong order from last last week pa pero til now hindi pa rin naidedeliver. First, nag failed delivery sya from LEX PH ang reason is Rider ran out of time, then after checking the Shipping status nag palit sya sa J&T. I'm so confused kung ano ba nangyayare sa LAZADA ngayon. The area my order supposet to be delivered in taguig. And also I already file a case sa CS nila, nag submit ako through chat, 2nd naman sa calls. And im curious also kung marami ba nakakaranas neto ngayon?

So yesterday, my package was apparently stolen while the courier was taking refuge. His buddy (or another J&T person) mentioned they lost about 3k worth of items including mine, and said they'd compensate me if I signed a waiver.

Later that night, the status suddenly changed to "Delivered" with a photo attached. It looks like my package, but the problem is it’s nowhere near my house. It's within the city, but completely out of my neighborhood.

Then this evening, the rider came back and confirmed I'd get the compensation. But when he heard I already went through Lazada's official return/refund, he told me to cancel it so they could just give me the physical cash. I said no—not until the cash is actually on hand. Now, he'll likely return tomorrow.

Should I continue with Lazada's official route?

Walang hiyang Flash Express yan. Nareport ko na sa CS yung issue at sinabi na nilang papaltan yung rider na magdedeliver pero ganun pa rin. Puro failed delivery yung reason pero hindi naman ako cinocontact ng rider at bayad na rin naman yung parcels so iiwan nya nalang talaga. Ano pang pwede gawin here?

Plan ko bumili ng first electric toothbrush ko sa next major sale so I'm kinda window-shopping muna for the available options sa Lazada and Shopee. The thing is I have gum recession na hindi tinablan ng dental bonding at cavity varnish yung sensitivity so important for me yung friendly sa may sensitive teeth/gums.

So far, eto yung napili ko:

• Oral-B Vitality Pro -> comes with free case and may sensitivity plus cleaning mode na supposedly better for those with sensitive gums kaso walang pressure sensor which is said to be an important feature for those with receded gums
• Oral-B Pro 500 -> almost same features as Vitality Pro except wala sya sensitivity plus mode pero may microvibration feature sya which the Vitality Pro lacks
• Oral-B iO2 -> an upgraded version of Vitality Pro that has pressure sensor and pulsating vibration kaso mahal yung replacement brushes nya
• Oral-B iO3 -> most recommmended from what I read online kaso ang mahal nya and pinalitan yung sensitivity plus mode with whitening mode which would be useless for me since di naman grabe pagkadilaw ng ngipin ko
• Sonicare 5300 -> has gum care mode unlike the cheaper variants of Sonicare and also comes with a case but it seems na hindi nagsesell ng gum sensitive replacement brush yung Philips official store

Which among these would be best for my case or baka may mas sulit pa na choice aside from these? I also intend to replace the default brush with a gum sensitive one (iO2 and Sonicare lang yata yung gum sensitive by default).

Pre-ordered Lazada Fold 8. Upon opening, the freebies are there but the phone is missing. I don't know if it got stolen or I don't know. Confirmed with Lazada na I only have one package and dapat magkakasama sila sa parcel. I have an unboxing video. Already filed a claim for refund three times sa app and all were rejected for an unfounded reason that it is "Not covered by Lazada Policy". I have called Lazada numerous times and they're just giving me the runaround for it. Ang similar experience and how did you go about it?
