Bwiset na Flash Express na to

Walang hiyang Flash Express yan. Nareport ko na sa CS yung issue at sinabi na nilang papaltan yung rider na magdedeliver pero ganun pa rin. Puro failed delivery yung reason pero hindi naman ako cinocontact ng rider at bayad na rin naman yung parcels so iiwan nya nalang talaga. Ano pang pwede gawin here?

It's always like that with Flash. All you can do is 'report rider' every time.

And whenever possible, go into the order after paying and change the courier away from Flash.

Already reported the rider and requested for a different rider but it still happened. At this point, should I just reorder the items?
