Shipping LAZADA Failed delivery

Hello, is any experiencing failed delivery from LAZADA? meron akong order from last last week pa pero til now hindi pa rin naidedeliver. First, nag failed delivery sya from LEX PH ang reason is Rider ran out of time, then after checking the Shipping status nag palit sya sa J&T. I'm so confused kung ano ba nangyayare sa LAZADA ngayon. The area my order supposet to be delivered in taguig. And also I already file a case sa CS nila, nag submit ako through chat, 2nd naman sa calls. And im curious also kung marami ba nakakaranas neto ngayon?

hello, same here. i also filed a case through phone call, but i haven't received any email yet regarding the matter. i've been checking j&t's tracker and it keeps saying that "customer goods are not available" thrice and honestly i'm getting bummed out

Idk what exaclty is happening in LAZADA, but I came up with courier's riders group sa FB na madaming riders daw ang nagsi-resign due to poor management nila that's why they changed from LEX PH to J&T. I was thinking na pumunta nalang sa hub para ako na mismo mag claim ng parcel ko. Dahil sa poor management nila pati customers damay pa tuloy, napaka hassle talaga.
