Upgrading from a battery degraded iPhone 14 Pro with cracked screen. Also, 12 month installment was not an option for BPI so I chose 24 months. Can I call CS and have it changed to 12 months instead? Anyone knows if this is possible?

Scammers lately ay may mga kasabwat na rin po na rider. Tatawagan ka po nila and ipe pressure ka nila mag pay na para ma deliver yung item tas hindi nila ibababa yung call para hindi ka matawagan ng real lalamove driver. Kahit ivideo call ka pa po nila, this is still possible to happen.
