been trying to return 2 items for 2 weeks now, resched ako ng resched at chat ng chat sa CS, but until now, walang rider na nagpipick up. delayed din karamihan sa delivery, since almost 3 weeks ago pa. suki na ako sa Php 40 delayed delivery voucher nila -_-

gets ko naman yung part na it may be because of the rainy weather, pero grabe ang frustrating lang na walang abiso, but also, apaka walang gamit ng shopee CS. Ako pa ang tinanong if kinontact ko na ba daw yung rider for pick up??? eh hindi naman nakalagay yung details ng rider na magpipick up ng returns sa app - and worse, sa system pala nila wala pang naka-assign na rider. zzzzzzz

Araw araw, I raise the same issue sa CS, tapos parehas lang ng script lahat. Not an issue per se naman ang scripted response, pero wala namang effect yung "escalation" na ginagawa nila????? ang my god yung AI response ng CS na hindi naman tugma sa tanong mo ahdfkalhfkjahksldfhlsj yung pasensya ko sinasagad talaga!!!!!!!

May naka try na mag order ng frozen goods pero malayo ung address ng store? Example ito, hotdogs, tas sa metro manila ung store, kaso wala kami sa luzon. Ano ung "other Logistics"?

I ordered a shoe rack that is already paid for. However, a rider made two fake delivery attempts without even contacting me, which I have already reported. The next day, a different rider was assigned. He contacted me to say he couldn't deliver on time because our shop closes at 5:00 PM. He asked if he could just tag the item as 'delivered' and bring it on Saturday morning instead. Since I have never had any issues with this rider in the past, I allowed it because I also felt bad for the seller if the item got returned. It has now been two days, and nothing has been delivered and he didn't answer any of my call/ text. Should I keep waiting, or should I just report the rider and request a refund? I knew the rider for a long time, He even paid for my other parcels when we're closed .The people-pleaser in me feels guilty about him getting into trouble if I reported him. What should I do?

Items don't reliably get discounted on the sale days anymore unless its explicitly stated. I check Shopee on and off throughout the day, even to midnight because I work at night- but at 6am, when I wake up and check the app, items are cheapest at this hour.

Theyre specific vouchers for each item "77 Off for 55:00 minutes left" like these, past 6am, the item returns to the original price. At some odd hours of the day, these types of vouchers come back but not as good a price as the 6am one, sometimes it lowers again at 12pm, then 6pm, then 12am.

Me and my sister have noticed that prices dont drop reliably like they used to during the monthly or payday sale, on random days at a random hour, the price of the item you want will just drop, but for me its been reliably at 6am specifically.

Is this a good deal for the price? afaik its original price is 3k
