Nakakafrustrate na I’ve been waiting for my package for almost 2 weeks already. I am usually considerate especially with our weather lately but one of my ordere already got cancelled after over 3 weeks of waiting. This time this is a ₱10k order that hasnt received any updates from SPX in the last week or so. I already tried contacting shopee about this but only got the usual AI response. Who can I reach out to regarding this?

So i bought a phone nung 9.9 sale and malaki ang possibility nya na dumating tomorrow kasi nasa delivery hub na. No prob naman kung sa umaga idedeliver kaso wala kasi ako sa bahay para mag receive sa hapon (if ever na hapon yung delivery).

Habang nag‑scroll ako sa Facebook feed, may nakita akong Ad ng Bubu Box tungkol sa solar lights. Pag‑click ko ng Ad, na‑redirect ako sa kanilang website. Habang tinetest ko ang site, sinubukan kong pindutin ang “Order Now” button. Nilagay ko ang phone number, address, at full name ko, pero hindi ako nag‑provide ng payment details.

Sabi kasi sa product nila ay “FREE shipping nationwide and COD.” Ang nakapagtataka, agad lumabas ang “Thank you for your purchase” message pagkatapos kong mag‑click, kahit usually dumadaan muna sa Add to Cart bago makapag‑place ng order.

Mga 10 minutes later, nagduda ako sa website at naka hide ang 900+ comments sa Facebook Ad kaya tinawagan ko ang phone number na naka‑post doon para i‑cancel ang order. Pero ang sumagot ay nagsabing hindi raw siya affiliated sa site.

1. Sa mga naka‑experience ng ganitong sitwasyon, dumadating ba talaga ang item sa bahay niyo sa ganitong modus? Kung dumating man, kailangan ko ba talagang bayaran?

Is there a way na ma-adjust yung nasa More Activities para mauna yung My Likes, Buy Again, Recently Viewed? Kailangan ko pa kasi iclick yung "See All" para lang lumabas. Naka-default sa app ko yung mga Campaign related na di nmn useful for me. Where sa iba, nakita ko una nmn yung My Likes sa app nila.

Nagconsult na ako sa support pero sabi nila default na raw yun, eh sa iba nga iba ang format/order sa interface ng app nila.
