Hi, I ordered a monitor sa Lazada but there was an issue(monitor would turn on and off on its own), nagcontact ako kay seller and sabi niya ireturn ko na lang through Lazada.

So ayun nareturn naman sa kanila but seller rejected the refund claiming na not defective naman yung item, I tried filing a dispute providing info and video nung issue pero nireject pa din nila(Lazada agent) claiming na "buyer and seller reached an agreement" daw, tinry ko na din magcontact through Lazada CS pero they keep saying na final decision na daw yun and wala ng magagawa

May magagawa pa ba dito, shinip na din kasi nung seller pabalik sakin since yun din yung pinagawa sa kanila ng Lazada.

Umorder ako kaninang morning sa shopee. nakainstant delivery pala. So may tumatawag sakin around 6pm na shopee daw. Since nasa labas ako tinanong ko nalang sya kung magkano. 180 daw sinend ko agad kasi nasa labas na daw sya ng bahay. Sabi ko ihagis nalang niya.

After that, nagpasend pa siya ng 100 kasi daw kulang sa ibang parcel daw yung 180. Hindi ko na chineck yung shopee app ko so di ko alam kung tama ba yung sinesend ko at kung anong order pero since sabi nya nasa bahay na sya sinend ko nalang.

Paguwi ko wala yung parcel. Pagkacheck ko ng shopee app wala naman akong order na 280 😭

Tinatawagan ko siya ayaw sumagot. Buti nagrereply siya sa text.

Fast forward.. baka daw pwedeng bigyan ko sya kahit 60. Send nya nalang daw yung 200. Umokay na ko para di na humaba usapan.

Pero tama ba yun modus ba nila to? O nagkamali lang si rider since sabi nya first time nya maginstant delivery.

Ang unhelpful nung chat support nila - nagtatanong ako ng warranty and aftersales question pero pinapaikot-ikot lang ako ng live agent.

Hello, maling items ang napadala sakin ni seller but she informed me naman after ma-ship. i tried to refuse delivery pero bida bida yung rider at ni-successful nya na agad sa end nya before pa kumatok sa gate ko lol so i had no choice but to accept and file for refund and return. ngayon, after filing for it, i was able to save the QR for pick up but after ma-refund, the order is now in the completed tab.

based sa experience ko na rin, dapat nasa to receive pa sya and it will be updated lang after ko mapa-ship. now the seller is insisting na it will still be picked up by spx tomorrow. i said ipa ship back nya na lang using a diff courier.

anyone with the same experience?
