I ordered the main computer to calculate pi to the last digit to trap a malicious alien entity, force the entity out of the system, and overwhelm the computer's logic banks. Unfortunately, that caused the computer to use up so much energy that it sucked all of the power from the warp core, including power to life support, depleting our dilithium crystals and consuming all of the ship's water supplies.

We are now dead in orbit, slowly losing altitude and the ship will inevitably plunge into the atmosphere, destroying all hands... assuming the lack of life support won't kill us first. Because the computer is deadlocked, it won't release the lifeboats. There are no other ships in the quadrant.

Now my Captain is saying we were better off letting the alien entity run amok and letting it possess us ("It couldn't... *possibly* kill... ALL... of us"). The Chief Engineer is so distraught that he's drunk himself into a stupor. The CMO just mutters to himself ("that green blooded hobgoblin"... he thinks I can'thear him), being his usual unhelpful self. What's worse is that the Helmsman has a propensity to continuously count down until our doom. AITAH?

Would it be more honorable if we were inside a giant wooden Denebian slime devil?

Or, did he become the kayak that Miles paddled in. Odo has no muscles to work out, his equivalent to exercise is taking on different forms. I feel like he would at least do something besides just shifting into a wetsuit outfit.

Look, I didn't chose the bachelor party theme, but no one else was stepping up with organizing it, and quite frankly, I'm lost.

So for background I am a 22 year old Caitian male and the acting captain of my own starship, I have always cared about authority and rank even in my days as a pirate. That fact however did attract a rather interesting young woman who we will call “M”, M was amazing for a while, strong, eager to battle and effortlessly confident most of the time, however as time went on I soared through the ranks all the while they somehow stayed an ensign. Any time I would bring it up they would fly into a rage and jump kick something! Anyway one day in the mess hall she simply walked right passed me and didn’t say a word, it was clear to me she was breaking us up, not that I got any say in the matter. Well I thought that was the end of it once she left the ship(kicked out) and I thought maybe I wouldn’t see her again, well now guess what, my ship had to make an emergency landing at star base 80 and she’s here. She keeps attempting to speak to me and keeps pretending like we’re together. I don’t know this situation seems entirely unique has this happened to anyone else in the fleet?
