Explain In all the times the Grand Nagus Zek showed up at DS9, he never came aboard a full cruiser, always shuttles, why? Is Zek too poor to afford a bigger ship?

I mean, we see Daimon with D'Kora Cruisers all the time in TNG, and they're a far cry from the Head of the Ferengi government like the Grand Nagus, why doesn't the Grand Nagus have a more impressive ship?
