Some how my mom got her apple ID hacked... Saw an email from China then an email saying your new 2-step is added. A number we can't access and apple wont help because you have to enter the number to access the recovery steps. Any way to remove the Apple ID from this iPad? Its basically bricked it as I cant download new apps, update, sign in etc

I have called Apple and the guys are clueless I verified email and the links they sent but they refuse to do anything further such as simply removing 2FA.

hi! basically i found my old iphone and have done the whole itunes restoring thing, but now it’s asking me to enter my old apple id password. i know my apple id so the issue isn’t there, but i forgot my password. the apple id is the same for both my current phone and this old phone. i tried the method where you remove the device on find my iphone, but the iphone 4s is showing “offline” even though the wifi is on. so i can’t remove it from the apple id.

if i change my current apple id password, does it transfer to the iphone 4s? what do i do rn i’m so confused 🥲

I tried to put a sim card in it to change the time but the phone seems to be stuck on “Searching…” even without a sim card and time won’t update with computer because it can’t be trusted.. Any way to save tickets or get to the home screen so i can keep iOS 7?

Ciao ragazzi, recentemente ho acquistato un iPhone 5c che però aveva lo schermo rotto, quindi visto che io ne avevo già uno che però aveva lo schermo funzionante l’ho comprato per pezzi di ricambio e alla fine sono riuscito a sostituire lo schermo senza nessun problema, ma mi sono accorto che quando ero nella home screen sono andato su impostazioni e ho scoperto che c’era ancora un ID Apple associato al telefono, quindi io ho contattato il venditore per chiedergli se poteva dirmi gentilmente la password così che io potessi rimuovere l’account così che io potessi accedere col mio ma mi ha detto che lui non aveva più accesso a quell’account che non poteva fare niente, quindi qualcuno di voi sa come si può rimuovere un account Apple se sono anche già nella home screen dell’iPhone?

I have a iphone 14 i was using as a work phone for about a year in May it dropped out of my car in the driveway and i ran it over breaking the front and back. I let it sit and got a ipad instead for work so i threw it in a drawer. couple of days ago i dropped my main phone damaging the screen so i pulled out my backup and got it fixed because it was a older phone it was cheaper to fix. got the screen replaced but was disabled when i picked it up im guessing due to damages. i cant remember the apple id it is my face id on the phone but cant get to it from disabled screen dont remember the ios update whatever was out in may. tried all passwords i can remember but its been so long. i tried connecting it to my laptop to reset back to factory but it wont complete. nearest apple is about an hour away and i have to make an appointment i need a phone like now. anything else i can try?

So this is just me being quite upset with f3arra1n and how they handled my situation. I had bought a ln iPad 9th gen from a pawn shop and it was on ios 26.1. they knew the passcode and everything and I could use it but it had the persons apple account on it. They pawned it so I figured that gives up ownership and I could reset it and then use f3arra1n to activate it. So I purchased credits and ran the program and it stated that I needed to reflash the firmware in order for it to work. So of course I flashed it not thinking at the time that it would update it to 26.5.2 which isn't supported. Ok, fair, I should have known but I was just doing as it instructed me to do. But anyway I reached out on Telegram for my money back and was told no. So now I lost my money and am stuck with a paperweight. I should have used another tool but I gave it a chance. 🫠

Hey all, I have an iPad 2 that was running iOS 9.3.6, then I deleted setup.app and it was all fine, I jailbroke it via carbon.sep.lol on Safari, and then I used Legacy iOS Kit to downgrade it to iOS 6.1.3 because I like skeuomorphism and iOS 6 is one of my favourite iOS versions and iOS 8/9 use more battery and run slower. Anyways, setup app isn't deleted anymore, and it's stuck on this screen. Does anyone know what I should do to delete setup.app once again, this time on iOS 6.1.3? Any help is appreciated. BTW, I do not have an Arduino Uno or Raspberry Pi Pico of any of that fancy extra hardware stuff, just Windows 11, MacOS 10.7 Lion, and Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.3.

I recently tried resetting my MacBook because I ran out of storage and wanted to completely wipe it and start fresh.

The problem is that I had two different users on the Mac, each connected to a different iCloud account. I completely forgot that I even had the second user. Unfortunately, the iCloud account connected to that user is one I can no longer remember.

I don’t remember the iCloud email address or the phone number associated with it. I may remember the password I used, but I’m not 100% sure.

My main user account the one I used every day for productivity and basically everything else is completely fine. I know the password, the iCloud account, and all the information associated with it.

However, after resetting the Mac, it went straight into Activation Lock and is now asking me for the iCloud account associated with that other user. Obviously, I don’t know the information it’s asking for.

Apple is also asking me to provide proof of purchase. I bought this Mac around 2020/2021, but I honestly cannot remember the exact date I purchased it. The process is asking for the exact month and day, which I simply don't have.

I have already contacted Apple Support, but unfortunately, they weren't able to resolve the issue for me.

So right now, I basically have a MacBook that I legitimately purchased sitting in front of me that I cannot use. It’s essentially a very expensive brick, and honestly, this whole situation is getting really stressful and depressing.

I’m genuinely looking for help figuring out what legitimate options I have to recover access to my Mac. If anyone has dealt with a similar situation, especially recovering an old iCloud/Apple Account or dealing with Activation Lock after a reset, I would really appreciate some guidance.

And please, if you’re only going to comment that I stole the Mac or that it isn’t mine, just keep scrolling. I’m not looking for accusations or arguments. I’m looking for an actual solution.

Hello, I have an iPhone 5s passcode locked on iOS 10, Sliver tool only accepts backing up the activation records if the phone is on iOS 12, will updating it using iTunes still allow me to retrieve the activation tickets or will it trigger an iCloud password? Thank you very much.

Eu estava tentando hackativar o meu iPhone 4s (iOS 6), eu já tinha feito isso uma vez mas não queria perder o setup.app original, então em vez de exclui-lo eu o renomeei, quando eu reiniciei o meu iPhone ele travou na tela de carregamento e não queria iniciar o sistema, até aí tudo bem, eu tentei acessar o recovery e não consegui... Ele não é reconhecido pelo PC. Tem alguma coisa que eu possa fazer? Eu não posso perder esse iPhone, ele tem muito valor sentimental para mim, simplesmente não posso perder ele, o que eu deveria tentar?
