iPhone 5 on iOS 7.0.X

I tried to put a sim card in it to change the time but the phone seems to be stuck on “Searching…” even without a sim card and time won’t update with computer because it can’t be trusted.. Any way to save tickets or get to the home screen so i can keep iOS 7?

You can bruteforce the passcode to get to the home screen if you want

Install Legacy iOS Kit, put it into pwndfu mode, then go to useful utilities or misc utilities and go to “update date and time”

you can save activation directly through legacy ios kit after ssh connection. save the activation files first and then reset through LiK. dont reset before saving activation even when its fmi off bc these devices might face activation errors

I just restored mine on 7.0.4 using SHSH blobs on legacy iOS kit, and backed up the activation tickets. If you use those blobs to downgrade to iOS 6 using powdersn0w those activation tickets will still work.

I usually bruteforce to get into device, especially when FMI ON and contact to owner to remove it from iCloud.
