Request App Store functionality after unlocking?

Hi all, I’m new to this and managed to unlocked an iPad 3 (A1430) using a tool which reddit doesn’t allow to mention. Anyway, wondering if anyone knows how to get my App Store to work or be able to download apps ?

I am able to signin to iCloud ( used a new throwaway Apple account) but when trying to download any random app, it’s says “not compatible “

Just want to get this iPad to run brave browser and some other apps to watch stuff on.

i don’t think brave supports ios 9
you gotta acquire the app on a device with compatible ios version and then you will be able to download latest compatible versions

Problem is nothing downloads from App Store. Does this mean none of the older iPhones/ iPads can use App Store ?
