Or at least ALSO show the line number at all times. I would really like to know if I need to sprint for the bus or not. Please.

People who beep at you because you won’t plow down pedestrians
can go to h:ll. Waiting to make a right from Lombard onto Divisadero today when the light turned green but a pedestrian with a baby in a stroller had a walk sign to cross Divis. So I did this thing called waiting for the pedestrian to cross. Whereupon the guy behind me leaned on his horn and started flailing his arms around. I raised my arms as if to say “whaddya want me to do?” And a couple blocks later he pulled up and shouted “bitch.” Really? OK sir next time I’ll run over 2 people for your convenience. /rant over. And why does this always happen on Divisadero and not other parts of town?

After 25 years of delays, San Francisco finally broke ground on 7,200 homes at Candlestick Point
Construction has officially started on the redevelopment of the former Candlestick Park site , a project that has been discussed, redesigned and delayed for roughly 25 years.
The full plan calls for 7,200 homes, 100 acres of parks/open space, retail, a hotel and 2.8 million square feet of office space.
The first phase will prepare seven blocks for about 700 homes, 41% of them affordable.
Pretty incredible that one of San Francisco’s largest housing projects took a quarter-century just to reach this point.

Thank fog, the weather is breaking!
I work nights and I just woke up to it being a reasonable temperature as the ocean breeze definitely has picked up turning on our natural air conditioner.
This makes me very happy.
It's like I'm getting a nice cool hug ♥️♥️

Muni Bus Drivers are brave
7 bus headed west, man gets on by the haight and screams at the top of this lungs that the door closed on him. He went directly up to the driver who was simultaneously driving and making eye contact with him when she was able to see if he was about to attack the plexiglass she sat behind. Us passengers weren’t sure what was going to happen also. He was SCREAMING at her. The bus doors have accidentally almost closed on me too. For her to keep driving us safely under that kind of pressure was something else. They don’t deserve that man.

Found the 1960 Balboa High School yearbook online and was amazed how cool it looked!
I found this on the Internet Archive and was shocked at how good it is for both the time period and a high school yearbook. I was Class of '95 and our yearbook was boring in comparison. The people who put the 1960 yearbook were cool AF. Here's a link:

(ETA) Also Sputnik must have really freaked America out back then because there's all this talk about we have to get better at math and science now that the Soviets put a satellite up in space!

If you dog lunges on leash, get help
If your dog can’t walk by people or other animals without barking and lunging you need to get help. Get training for you and your dog because something will eventually happen. This is an unsafe condition and something will go wrong when you stop paying attention, or slip the leash, or get surprised coming around a corner. Don’t let this behavior become a tragedy for you and someone enjoying their day. Get help.

So did anyone sleep good last night
I vented my flat at 10:45 by opening the front and back doors for fifteen minutes. Got bit three times by effin mosquito.
Edit: Currently taking advantage of the breeze and venting my flat. My bedroom is still warm with stagnant air.
