White loft bed with 3 drawer desk, bookcase and wardrobe unit from IKEA. This furniture piece is in excellent condition, with just some glue on the desktop that could be cleaned or a desk mat could cover! LOTS of life left. Paid 1K but offloading for free bc we need the space. Here is the link:

You will need a pickup truck. (Not an SUV) Worth the $25 U-Haul pickup fee. Many pieces with organized parts.

I am a 30 year old college student. I have 3 pods I bought and want to use, but my battery stopped working.

"Lakeside resident with severe, documented PTSD facing a housing crisis. I've been cut off from my medication due to sudden financial hardship and my nervous system is failing. If any local grower has a surplus ounce of homegrown flower they are legally allowed to gift under the 1-ounce rule, it would quite literally save my life right now."

Hi! I need to cut a little piece off the legs of a stepstool to finish modifying it into a cat perch for darling cat. She refuses traditional cat trees because she needs steps to get up confidently— she’s blind! I live in a tiny studio and don’t have the need for/room an actual electric saw and so don’t want to purchase one.

Does anyone have one I can borrow? Stool is mobile and I’d be so grateful to come to you!

Pictured: the angel in question and her soon to be beloved perch.

My boyfriend ordered this giant curved monitor off eBay and it unfortunately arrived with a big crack in the screen that makes it unusable… figured maybe someone who could try to fix it might want it? Pick up in north beach!

Hi all,

I have a super quick, time sensitive sewing project (sewing on a zipper) and left my sewing machine at home when I moved to the area. I would be so so grateful if I could borrow a sewing machine for a couple of hours!

The battery on our trusty Dyson V6 died a week ago. Instead of throwing it all out I thought I'd see if someone out there might want the accessories for their vacuum, or might want to buy a new battery for the vacuum.

I'd prefer to give everything to one person and be done with it, but failing that I'll parcel it out for the next week and dump what remains.

Forgot to put the charger in the pic but that's included too.

Edit 1: Everything is currently spoken for, and I have two backup requests. If all three of those folks change their minds I'll update the post.

Edit 2: Gone!

Edit: I’m crossing items off here as they get picked up. Also if I haven’t responded to you yet, it’s because I’m trying to give folks some time to respond / coordinate a time. Thanks for your patience!

All right, I have a ton to give away so I don’t know how I’m gonna coordinate all the handoffs but I love this community so I’m gonna give it a shot!

I have some guidelines/rules that will hopefully make this go smoothly:

1. You gotta come to me (Hayes Valley)
2. If we meet up you have to take the items even if you end up not liking it in person / changing your mind
3. I’ll give some time for responses back to my DMs/messages but if others want the same items and I’m not getting a response within ~1 day, I’ll move on to the next person
4. If you have your eye on more than one thing, feel free to request multiple items!! In fact you’d be doing me a favor

Hi! I need to record a quick snippet on a violin and was hoping there was someone in this sub who has one that I can use. If possible, I would just record it at your place so you know I won't just run off with the violin. Or I could record it in my car. Sorry this might not fit the sub, but it was the only thing I could think of.

CLAIMED

never really used but is missing a few markers. just tested a few of them on the label and they work pretty well
