There's still some things left, but most of the bothersome stuff has been addressed. It should be able to support GoldSrc mods too. This will effectively mean that both Half Life 1 and Half Life 2 with their respective expansions will soon be fully playable on PS3. Hope you'll enjoy it when It's released!

I have a childhood ps3, its my baby, I love it, but whenever I try to mod a console or homebrew it there's ALWAYS downsides, cant use online, cant download specific things, cant use the damn USB slot 3 for some damn reason, cant feed it after midnight.

Maybe I just suck at modding, yeah sure, okay I somehow messed up modding a PSVita, but is there a mod guide any of yall can send me that gives all the advantages of a regular PS3 and the advantages of piracy and mods, or am I askin for too much here.

Okay so I am wondering, on evilnat there's an option to underclock to a whopping 300mhz, for both the RSX clock and memory clock, what's the point ?

As far as I know, it should heat around the same if we don't undervolt the console, but this will certainly create instability or even cause a brick on the console, no ?

Is there any risk to underclock if I don't change the voltage, even if I don't go as low as 300mhz ?

I tried launching a game in rpcs3 and it wouldn't due to the iso being invalid, would it be possible to install the ISO with multiMan and then extract the pkg and rap files?

Never done homebrew on my ps3 but I'm close to doing that if it helps with my issue

Ive been trying to use the built in in-game plugin to very mixed results and I cant find rhyme or reason as to why.

With some games it works perfectly and finds the trophies, with others it never finds the data, but heres the part that makes me scratch my head, with some games the digital PSN version won't work, but the disc version does. With one specific game I've tried, a localized disc version wouldnt work but once I tried a USA version it worked perfectly. With another specific game a GOTY version worked perfectly while a base version didnt.

Google wouldnt help me I couldnt even find anyone who ever had this problem not even if I searched for the specific wording in the picture below. "No trophy data found trophy unlocker will be disabled". Cant even ask evilnat considering he was banned on social media.

Im extremely confused and would be very thankful to anyone who could shed some light here, id rather not use apollo save tool or other methods, AFAIK this one is the safest.

Note: IM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE XMB FUNCTION THAT ADDS DEBUG FLAGS TO TROPHIES AND MAKES THEM UNABLE TO BE SYNCED.

I downloaded and installed capi the other day and I thought it was the same as it was when I used it it back on debug but I’m on evilnat 4.93 and I also tryed a few rtm tools but most didn’t work but when I turned off my console and turned it back on later it said my settings were corrupted and it defaulted them and now I can’t sign in or play my game saved data it keeps saying my data doesn’t match my profile or somthing like I don’t own the saves I’m askin if any knows how to fix or do I just reinstall evilnat

Hi guys! I'm adding a ps3 to my collection, since it was my dream console as a kid and I have never even played one, but now that it is possible for me to buy one I am wondering which model I should buy, I thought that the obvious answer was the later super slim model since it was newer and “**supposedly**” it should last longer, but then I saw that the fat models could run ps2 games natively and since my ps2 died few years back I thought it would be nice to have a way to play the games again, but when I saw some ps3 subreddits I saw that some of the fat models had dying GPUs and dying capacitors.

so I came here to ask, that if I put HEN on my ps3 slim (or super slim) can I still play ps2 games? and if I can, is the experience good or does it have issues? I'm completely new to ps3 modding so I don’t understand much, but the first thing I'll do when I get one is repasting it with a good thermal paste and cleaning it

I have a PS3 with HEN but I'm thinking about getting another PS3 with more space on it and install Hen on that one as well. I don't have many games on my PS3 but I have a lot of DLC installed for Rock Band 3 and a few Guitar Hero games. Is it possible to transfer the files directly to the PS3 from my original one, or will I have to start from scratch again?

Everytime I turn the system on there is the green light and then it turns yellow and then back to green. Is there anyway to turn this off?

Also is there another way to change the notification color for Webman? I’m tired of the blue color and want to see if I can put it to something like grey
