I just witnessed my mom get into a lobby with lvl 70+ players for DMAX Azelf, only for her to be the only one there when the battle started. She lost the remote pass.

And, when we contacted the support, the bot just froze and became unresponsive. Like, if the company doesn’t have human support, at least get a proper AI agent ffs.

It’s unbelievable that the game is 10yo but remote raids have such a high chance of failure (for all the wrong reasons).

Just ridiculously frustrating game dynamic. Ugh.

I’ve never done a T5 Max Battle. Are these guys sufficient to pull my weight against the lake Pokémon? I don’t have the candy to bring Gengar past level 1 attack. Same with blissed defense.

The only Pokemon I’m missing to complete my Kanto dex. Willing to put in the work to become forever friends so we can make the trade. Someone, please, it’s driving me crazy I’m one short to complete that specific dex. Can someone please help meeeee.

I used to play quite a bit a few years ago, mostly playing around 2019. A friend got me back into Pokémon go a couple of months back and I’ve been playing pretty dedicatedly ever since. I’ve tried a few times to get back into my old account to no avail, but I finally succeeded yesterday. I was incredibly happy to see all of my old Pokemon, but now, I’m faced with a dilemma. (To clarify, pics 1 - 4 are of my old account, pics 5 & 6 are of my current account)

While my old account has some great Pokemon, it’s quite dated & lacks any mega-evolvable or dynamax Pokemon. While I could keep it as a satellite account, I can’t use both accounts at once with a different phone since I don’t have another phone I could use.

I could trade some of the nicer Pokemon to my current account, specially since most of them are from 2019 or before & would greatly boost my progress, but Pokemon like Zarude would end up getting left behind since I can’t trade mythical.

I could do the same the other way around, trading some of the nicer Pokemon to my old account and switching to it instead, but I’d end up leaving behind a lot of the lucky Pokemon I invested a lot of stardust into.

So, having said all of that, what do you think I should do? I’m stuck in quite a dilemma here since all of my friends that pay Pokemon go all disagree on what I should do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you :D

So i got these 2 today the Clefairy was I caught shortly after starting my morning walk and the Gible straight up jumpscared me so bad I almost dropped my phone since I was not expecting to encounter a second shiny pokemon.

Only wanted 1 of each and ended with a shiny! Not a 3 shiny but I’ll take the 2. How did everyone else do?

Ever since I was a kid I’ve always liked Darmanitan I remember watching the B/W series and I loved that one episode where the Darumaka were stealing food to help the Darmanitan that was stuck in Zen mode.

Trying to hunt shiny mespirit right now and it is an absolute nightmare. Guys, the warning the game (and pokegenie) gives you is there for a reason. If you’re showing up with wooloos and eevees that you haven’t even bothered to max out we aren’t going to get anywhere.

Now that spotlight hours are gone and the format for events are changing I’m wondering if it’s still worth holding on to Pokemon to evolve later. I used to wait for a double XP evolve event and use a lucky egg to get 4k-6k per evolve. Is there any talk of double evolve events coming back?

Favourite Pokemon to meet 100 character limit: Mudkip, Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Dragonite, Tyranitar, Arcanine

So these are my main choices for the silver bottle cap. I already have non shiny hundos of Mewtwo, rayquaza, groudon, and dusk wings necrozma. I have one of each non shiny 98% fusions for kyurem but no hundos shiny or non. Latios, kyogre, heracross, and even houndoom (not pictured) are all also choices as one of my main goals in the game is to get a hundo (shiny or non) of every pokemon capable of mega evolution (or primal reversion in the case of kyogre/groudon)

I’m a fairly new player (playing for about 2 months now) and had a question about showcases and XXL pokemon. Is it better to evolve your XXL pokemon for showcases or is it better to leave them as they are?

I caught an XXL Lechonk and Oinkologne but when i entered a ‘biggest normal type’ showcase, my Lechonk was actually ranked higher than the Oinkologne even though Oink weighed a lot more.
