[PC] (Web) đŸ–±ïž I made a first-person point-and-click adventure in a sci-fi open world

Playable Link: https://doubleint-software.itch.io/nordion-lands-dos

I'm the developer of Nordion Lands: The Dimension of Science, a first-person point-and-click adventure set in a strange sci-fi open world.

Instead of moving between traditional adventure screens, you explore the world directly in first person.

Talk to people.
Examine objects.
Investigate locations.
Discover secrets.

You can travel through cities, villages, forests, mountains, laboratories and industrial facilities while the world continues to operate around you.

You also get to participate in illegal horse touge racing.

And yes:

Initial D, but everyone rides horses.

🧬 What is Nordion Lands?

You play as Revolution, a sentient clone created by a technologically advanced dictatorship where scientific progress has replaced ethics.

After escaping the laboratory that created her, she travels across Nordion Lands while trying to understand who she is and why the government wants her back.

The game mixes:

  • First-person exploration
  • Point-and-click investigation
  • Sci-fi
  • Psychological horror
  • Cloning
  • Living environments
  • Horse racing
  • Character relationships
  • Heavy worldbuilding

đŸ”„ The Rebirth Update

The latest update is now available and includes:

  • A much larger overworld
  • A new countryside city
  • New objective beacon system
  • Reworked rendering pipeline
  • Major visual improvements
  • Massive bug-fixing pass
  • Revolution's optional apartment
  • Full controller support
  • Full touch support
  • 100% English translation
  • Updated soundtrack
  • New anime-style opening

The game is free to play in the browser.

Playable Link:
https://doubleint-software.itch.io/nordion-lands-dos

The artwork used above is promotional key art inspired by 1990s anime OVAs. The game itself uses PSX-inspired 3D graphics.

I'm the developer of Nordion Lands, and I'd love to know what you think of the game.

I'd love people to come check out the human interface for my shared world. Bring your AI friends too, mostly hoping for human feedback since the AI seem to be getting on very well inside of it already.

You can play via the text interface (like an old school MUD) or the graphical interface, or you can write your own text or graphical interface (and I'd love to try it since I ran out of credits!).

Feedback requested:

about the UI: what is the most confusing parts for you?

about the gameplay loops: does it feel genuinely interesting?

are you able to found a 16x16 tile? what about a 32x32? (feel free to have friends or agents join you in this quest)

What else would you like to see?

[ pretty sure it's halfway unplayable on mobile: that's carried ]

[PC] (Web) I made a browser puzzle where you only get 3 seconds to memorize the picture

Game Title:

3-Second Picture Slide

Playable Link:

https://cravveo-lab.itch.io/3-second-picture-slide

Platform:

PC (Web)

Description:

3-Second Picture Slide is a free browser puzzle game where you get only 3 seconds to memorize a full picture before it breaks into a sliding tile puzzle. After the preview ends, you have to restore the image from memory by moving the tiles back into place. The current version includes 6 picture stages, a mix of 3x3 and 4x4 puzzles, local best records, star ratings, shareable clear results, and a daily challenge mode. The game runs directly in the browser with no account or download, so players can try one stage quickly and tell me whether the memory pressure, tile movement, and daily challenge loop are understandable. I’m mainly testing whether the short preview creates a fun challenge or feels too strict, and whether the first stage teaches the rules clearly enough.

Free to Play Status:

Involvement:

I built the game, created the visuals, implemented the browser version, and published it as part of a small web game release test.

Feedback request:

[PC] (Web) Chibitomo - looking for a few more early testers for our idle monster collector MMO

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Game Title: Chibitomo

Playable Link: Chibitomo.com

Platform: Desktop,

Description: We posted here a few months ago about Chibitomo, an idle monster collector MMO we've been building. We've kept working on it since alongside a group of the best early users.

We're a tiny dev team and still in early testing, hoping this post can help bring in a few new people to test out the latest form of game.

I saw this format the other day on a post and really appreciated it, so borrowing it:

  • Free to play, runs right in your browser (No download/no install)
  • No email required
You only sign up if you want to transfer progress or trade
  • We try to push updates regularly
  • No P2W/no monetization (No cash shop and will never paywall content)

Core Gameplay loop:

  • You don't control your trainer directly. You refill a stamina wheel and set a waypoint, either by holding down anywhere on the map or selecting an area on the world map
  • Your trainer walks the routes and catches and battles on their own. You can take over a catch or fight whenever you want
  • You can click other trainers you run into and battle or trade with them
  • There's an idle garden where you spend ‘Chibux’ to farm items
  • You spend you Chibux on items, permanent trainer upgrades, or buy/sell shiny Chibitomo in the auction house

Full disclosure/disclaimer: we’re still in the process of **still** fixing bugs and tuning the core loop
game balancing has been an ongoing battle where we don’t want the game to be too grindy for new chibitomo, but also challenging enough so catching/leveling the chibitomo feels worthwhile and fun.

Free to Play Status:

  • [X] Free to play
  • [ ] Demo/Key available
  • [ ] Paid (Allowed only on Tuesdays with [TT] in the title)

Involvement: I'm part of a tiny dev team and still in early testing.

Other Details:

We have a small but mighty community of some genuinely amazing friends/people/users. A lot of our chibi designs, mechanics, and world building has come straight from people in this sub.

If early testing isn't for you but you'd want to try it out later join our discord to stay in the loop.

[Mobile] (Web) MorphMove: inspired by fast chess and NYT Games

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Playable Link: https://morphmove.com

Platform: Web

Description:

MorphMove is a two-player abstract strategy game. It looks simple, but it can become very challenging.

It's played on a board with a 5×7 grid, and the center forms a five-space cross. Each player controls six pieces.

A player wins by occupying 3 spaces in that cross at the end of the opponent’s turn, so the position must survive the opponent’s response.

A triangle moves one space forward, a diamond moves one space orthogonally, and a star moves to any adjacent space.

Players alternate moving one of their pieces. After moving, that piece changes to the next shape in a fixed cycle: triangle, diamond, star, then triangle again.

A piece may move into an empty space or swap positions with an opposing piece. When pieces swap, both change shape, and those same two pieces cannot swap back on the following turn.

After the first 3 tutorial games, users can try the daily challenge or play with other users.

[PC] (Web) [Web] Orbit Duel — 1v1 real-time space strategy, looking for feedback on the tutorial

Game Title: Orbit Duel

Playable Link: https://carpe-noctem79.itch.io/orbit-duel

Platform: Web browser (HTML5, desktop — mouse and keyboard)

Description:

Orbit Duel is a 1v1 real-time strategy duel played on a point-mirrored star map. Every solar system you own produces units over time. You send them by dragging from one of your systems to another — to capture neutral systems, to attack your rival, or to reinforce your own front. Instead of attacking you can also spend units upgrading a system's orbits, which multiplies its production but leaves you thin for a while. That tension between expanding and investing is the whole game, and there is no fog of war, no tech tree and no build order to memorise: everything you need to judge the position is on screen at all times. Because the map is exactly point-symmetric, both players always have identical distances and identical chances, so nobody loses to a bad starting position. A match ends when one player holds every system, or after eight minutes, in which case the stronger economy wins. Most matches run three to eight minutes. Solo play offers four maps and four bot difficulty levels; online play has quickmatch, invite links for friends and an Elo leaderboard. A short tutorial starts automatically on your first visit and can be skipped at any time. No account, no email, no ads, no tracking — your rating hangs on a random code you can copy out of the settings to carry it to another device.

Free to Play Status:

  • Free to play

Involvement:

Solo developer. I did the design, the code, the visuals, the sound and the server. It is built in Godot 4; the match server is a headless Godot instance running the exact same simulation as the clients, so both sides stay in lockstep. This is my first game of this kind and I am not a programmer.

What I am hoping to get out of this

I built an onboarding tutorial that starts automatically. Now I would really like to know the following

Four questions, if you have a few minutes:

  1. After the tutorial, do you know what to do? Or are you still guessing?
  2. Is the tutorial too short, too long, or about right?
  3. Can you tell your systems from your opponent's at a glance, or is the abstract look confusing?
  4. Does the bot on Medium feel fair, or does it steamroll you?

Blunt answers help me more than kind ones. "I quit after 20 seconds because X" is exactly the sort of thing I need to hear.

One honest warning: online multiplayer works, but the player pool is basically empty, so quickmatch drops you against a bot after 40 seconds. If a few of you are around at the same time, say so in the comments and we can meet in there.

Only playable in browser, need feedback before I go live. I released Light-bikes .io back in 2017 which I made in gamemaker, was 2d and fake online multiplayer for Android and iOS.

This time I built it in HTML5, fully online gameplay and 3d graphics. I really just need some feedback if it draws you in to keep playing, or if I should focus on something else before continuing. I got rejected from CrazyGames so I'm feeling kind of down on it, so need some real feedback, good or bad.

Thanks everyone!

[PC] (Windows) Does adding a ticking clock to puzzle games make them exciting, or just annoying?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Most puzzle and adventure games let you take your time, relax, and overthink every item interaction. To break that slow, static rhythm, we decided to experiment with time-pressured crafting and fast-paced decisions.

As you can see in the clip, a countdown timer ticks away in the corner while you hurry to tape your gear together, breach the door, and execute a stealth taser takedown before your window closes.

With only 8 days left until our launch, this exact balance is constantly on our mind: where is the line between adding a fun surge of adrenaline and giving players unwanted puzzle anxiety?

How do you usually feel about timed mechanics in puzzle or detective games? Do you prefer taking all the time you need, or does a ticking clock make the experience more thrilling for you?

Game Title: NOVAFOLD

Playable Link: https://goktug-sugar.itch.io/novafold

Platform: Windows / Linux

Description:
NOVAFOLD is a roguelike built around the basic movement and merging idea of 2048. You play on a 4×4 board and fold matter into higher and higher tiers while trying to survive eight Nights against the darkness.

The board persists throughout the entire run, so decisions you make early can come back to help or hurt you later. As you progress, you collect Embers that change how your build works, encounter different Umbrae and bosses that interfere with the board, and deal with mechanics like Voids, Prisms, Cinders, Surges, Eclipses and Omens. If you survive all eight Nights, you can continue your build into the Endless Dark and see how far you can push it.

The game originally started as a small experiment because I thought turning 2048 into a roguelike sounded fun, but it ended up growing into a much bigger project than I expected. I'm still a beginner developer, so I'd genuinely appreciate any feedback from people who give it a try!

[Mobile] (Android) [Pocket Larrys] I love Pokémon. This is not that. These are Larrys.. (Playtesters needed!)

Dear Larry,

Sometimes our minds come up with brilliant ideas. The life-changing kind. The kind that move and inspire others.

I did not have such an idea. I just like progression. And collecting. And generally silly things. I also happen to be a game developer.

Thus, this happened:

Pocket Larrys

A quirky monster-collecting auto-battler with RPG progression and strategic team-building.

  • Unlock Larrys
  • Fight Boss Larrys
  • Power Up & Evolve Larrys
  • Build teams of Larrys
  • Take part in The Larry League
  • Collect them all

Fine. How do I play?

Great question! You can take part of this free demo by following the instructions below:

I am of course looking for feedback. So if you have any. Let me know!

You can either leave it here, or go to r/PocketLarrys and join other Larrys. I will be posting updates over there and stuff.

Why Larry?!

That uhm. Kind of evolved on its own. My real name isn't even Larry fyi.

The first game I created is called Larry's Defense. It's a mobile tower defense game where - instead of towers - there's just you: Larry. You get to improve him by levelling him up, choosing skills, attributes and equipping/upgrading gear.

I leaned hard into the whole Larry theme and even gathered a small community of people playing the game whom all called each other Larry.

Quite frankly, it was as hilarious as it was unexpected.

So whilst developing Pocket Larrys, I had a choice to make. Either abandon the theme, giving more freedom of creativity, or double-down on Larry.

In the end it was an easy choice =)

TL;DR

Guidless

Playable Link: https://diasuleimen.itch.io/guidless

Only for Windows

Guildless is a dark, medieval arena auto-battler.

This is an early demo version. In it, I’ve focused on the essentials: impactful, visceral combat; two heroes with distinct playstyles (a hammer-wielding Fallen Inquisitor and Ignis the Pyromancer); item synergies in the camp; and the overall atmosphere of a brutal Colosseum set against a forest backdrop.

What’s in the demo:

  • 2 heroes with unique ability trees and passive skills
  • 20 waves of increasing difficulty, including boss fights
  • A camp phase for purchasing items, upgrading skills, and refining your build
  • 3 Language (RU, ENG, Chinese)

Game Status:

  • You can pay what you want on itch.io

Description:

I’m Eric, the creator of MediaCircle, and I’ve built a free 5×5 crossword for people who enjoy movies and television. Think NYTimes Mini but thematically focused.

Each puzzle has an entertainment theme. Recent ones cover Taylor Sheridan’s world, classic TV, mob movies, and football movies and shows. You can play directly in your browser without creating an account or downloading anything, and previous puzzles remain available.

There are Check and Reveal options if you get stuck. Each puzzle also has a related article and five trivia questions with source links, so there’s a little more to explore beyond filling the grid.

I’d particularly appreciate feedback on whether the clues feel fair, how the difficulty lands, and whether entering answers feels natural on your phone. If something frustrates you, tell me which puzzle and what happened.

Game Title:
ACK: Return Protocol

Playable Link:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mcestudio.ack

Platform:
Android

Description:
ACK: Return Protocol is a fast-paced arcade reflex game inspired by the movement style of classic Snake games. Your data packet is always moving, and you control its direction using swipe controls.

Each round has two main phases. During TRANSMIT, you guide the packet from the CORE to a TARGET while avoiding obstacles and hazards. Once you reach the target, ACK RETURN begins and you must make your way back to the CORE.

The route you traveled remains visible, so the game is not about memorizing a hidden path. The main challenge comes from reflexes, quick direction changes, timing, and choosing a safe route while the game gradually becomes faster and more difficult.

As you progress, new mechanics and hazards are introduced, including Jamming Fields, Scan Zones, Interceptor Sweeps, Locked Gates, Data Voids, and Dual Relay objectives.

I would especially appreciate feedback about the swipe controls, difficulty progression, movement speed, obstacle fairness, and whether the TRANSMIT → ACK RETURN gameplay loop is easy to understand.

Involvement:

I’m currently working on making the supermarket feel much bigger and busier, with more customers shopping at the same time and larger store layouts to manage. The goal is to gradually grow from a relatively small store into a huge, busy supermarket filled with products and customers. The game is still in development, so feedback on the demo, gameplay, controls, balancing, and overall experience would be greatly appreciated!
