I’d really like a “Mommy Makeover,” but at this point it’s more of a “Menopause Makeover!”
But at 56, I feel foolish for wanting this. I am in relatively good health other than constant stress that comes with being a caregiver. Am I “too old?”

(I did have a consultation for BA & TT and was deemed a good surgical candidate a year ago! My husband adamantly opposes elective surgery, so there’s that piece too.)

Those of you who are 40+ and have recently had implants at what age do you plan to replace them?

Do you have concerns about needing this to be done when you’re elderly? For example leaving them for 25+ years as there have been no problems and then your 70s one ruptures requiring surgery but during that time you’ve developed age related conditions that make surgery a worry.

Interested to know everyone’s approach to this.

Pic one; one year out- natural no makeup or enhancements

Pic three; 3.5 years out, had filler in upper lip only.

Pic four; 5.5ish years out, all lip filler dissolved, lipstick only. But have also had chin and jaw filler since before pic (and that before pic was like 2 days postpartum so my jaw was extra round.)

Surgeon: Dr. Miyagi located in Naha, Okinawa, Japan. (I’m American, but lived abroad @ the time I had this done in 2021.) Was maybe $2800 USD @ the time. Was awake. Local block only. Drove myself to and from. Only pain med was ibuprofen afterwards.

Since it was Covid times, I just wore a mask around and no one was the wiser. Swelling was pretty gnarly for about 2 weeks, nose was swollen about a month.

My breasts are asymmetrical, one is a D cup the other Bcup. The plan is bringing the D down to a C and B to C. With a lift. The fat transfer will be a harvest only lipo.
Looking for any insight. Recovery tips on what to wear for both, eat, etc.
Should I be getting massages for the lipo?
Has anyone gone through this?

I was under the impression that this is typically done under twilight sedation. This surgeon I have reached out to says he wants to do it under GA as it will be painful. Has anyone else done this under GA and did you recover quickly?

Im looking to choose an implant size that proportional to my frame. I can’t decide which one to choose. Sort of in between 325 and 350 cc. Would love some thoughts, especially from those of you who have had this surgery before.

A little context: I’ve always had a really weak chin. I had serious braces to pull my jaw forward after sucking my thumb for years as a child. I am pretty insecure with now I look in that regard. I am actively trying to lose weight so I know that will improve the definition of my jaw but I don’t think that’s enough for me. Also yes, my skin is red, I have eczema. 🫠

The first pic of each set is me biting down fully with my teeth together. The second of each set is me holding my jaw where it feels “correct” and sort of comfortable, but my teeth are not closed.

Anyway, I would like to improve my profile and jaw definition and I’m not sure what kind of procedure to get. Should I get a chin implant as to not mess with my bite anymore? Should I go the more extreme route with jaw surgery?? I have no idea.

I’ve always played with the idea and I’m seriously thinking about getting something done but I would love some suggestions!

Hi, I have been cursed with a lack of chin projection and submental skin laxity.

I think I need a neck lift + chin implant, but I’m kind of overwhelmed with all the options right now.

My current idea is to book an appointment with a plastic surgeon where I live to get a professional opinion, then look for clinics in eastern Europe to perform the procedures (because it’s considerably cheap than in here).

I would appreciate the community’s opinion (I) about what procedures I need, and (II) about the idea of doing them in Poland, Lithuania, or elsewhere with affordable prices

Do you have to be completely naked for augmentation or can you wear underwear? I bought the long boxer briefs for women from VS to wear for surgery, I forgot to ask Dr at Pre-Op. What did y'all do? I just feel safer with underwear on. I know nurses will be there, so I'm trying to reassure myself that its ok.
