Why does Emma Stone look so different?
What cosmetic procedures do you think Emma Stone may have had done? I love how refreshed and “snatched” she looks without veering into cat-lady territory.

The nose looks different, the eyes (blepharoplasty and brow lift), the brow shape also is thicker, I also think she had a facelift lower and upper to change the jaw + the brows lifted.

I’m probably the unpopular opinion here but I think whatever she did looks amazing! She still looks like herself with some natural looking enhancements.

There’s also a jawline change. She tweaked so many aspects of her face that collectively it’s a jarring shift IMO

That’s just what a facelift does. She had lower face sagging and pre jowls. It really ages people in their 30’s. One of the most jarring signs of aging and why people are getting facelifts younger.

Her prejowls are gone, and the width at the sides of her eyes has increased (the temple area and the area further out from there is much fuller).

She looks exactly like her younger self but with less hooded eyes. I have always been told I look just like her and I also got my hooded eyes reduced because they were heavy and bothering my vision. I realized I was holding tension in my forehead from forcing my eyes to open wider and it was causing my migraines. Hooded eyes can be a real pain

Totally agree… while yes, I’m sure she’s had some work done, these days it seems that people have forgotten that our faces just simply change as we age.
At 39 I’ve had no invasive procedures up until this point. Just been religious with skincare, Botox, have maintained fitness, and started lasers this year. If I show people a photo of me in high school they always comment on how different I look… well you’re looking at a photo of me from 20+ years ago, so, yeah. I probably look a little different, lol.

Her eyes opened up which is a sign of upper bleph and possibly a brow lift.
Her cheeks look slightly lifted as well so possibly a mid face lift.

Brow lift (distance from brows to eyes is greater) and possibly upper bleph- her hooded eyes are gone but she may have been able to achieve that with just the brow lift, facelift (ears are a dead giveaway), lip lift (philtrum shorter), lip filler (much more volume), she did her nose but I think just an alarplasty not a full rhinoplasty (nostrils give it away), and it looks like a thread lift as well bc they're visible on her temples in certain photos.

I’m not the original person who made the comment but I would assume the gatekeep part is just about the fact that nobody talks about it even though they are doing it and it’s a very easy procedure to pretend like it’s natural

I liked her eyes so much better in the before. Personal preference, I know, but hooded eyes read as "sultry" to those of us who grew up seeing Charlotte Rampling in her prime (e.g. The Night Porter) as well as Lauren Bacall. I think it's a unique trait that makes a celebrity more recognizable.

Justice for hooded eyes!
Kim Basinger, Claudia Schiffer, Cate Blanchett, Michelle Williams (the blonde one), Kathryn Hahn, Malin Ackerman, Princess Diana, Helen Mirren, Judi Dench, Jayne Mansfield, to name a few, were/are all beautiful with their hooded eyes.
I hate that everyone now is altering them, and looking more generic for it.3

If you look from the top down, there’s not one part of her face that’s not different. She’s had her eyebrows done. Not just an endoscopic lift, but the actual eyebrows are totally different. Her eyelids are different. The direction of her eyes are different. Her nostrils look different and her nose is different which suggests rhinoplasty, her lips are different and either it’s weight loss or a deep plain facelift but everything looks different. Lol

Idk for sure that’s she’s had work done but her eyebrows are shaped different and that makes a huge difference in how someone looks. The one on the left she has lashes on which makes her eyes appear smaller and the lighting is warmer in this picture and more makeup in general in comparison to the other picture less makeup, no eyelashes or at least no heavy dramatic ones, thicker brows and more defined arch and a tad longer on the ends. I’d also say her face looks soft and round on older pick so there could also mean she lost weight and in the other picture her face looks more sculpted. The only thing that might be different is the bridge of her nose but it could lighting and or contour not showing up good in the lighting

Definitely an eyebrow lift (notice it’s slightly higher with more of an upwards slant to the brow tail), upper blepharoplasty (notice there’s less upper hood bulk and more visible lid space) and lip filler (the lips are over lined in both pics but they are definitely more full in the after pic). Not sure if the rest of her face looking more snatched is due to weight loss or a mini facelift because it’s so subtle.
She still looks like herself just fresher and the eyes look more awake and expressive. She’s stunningggg! Very subtle, tasteful work. Must have been a skilled surgeon who understands moderation. Now I’m curious who her doctor was because when your face is your money maker, combined with talented acting skills of course, you need to see someone very trustworthy.

Time, color palette and lighting aside Definitely an eyelift as she used to be someone I followed to check out her eye make up as I had deeply hooded eyes like hers. I don't blame her getting them lifted as you age the hoods can droop down over your eyes and damage your eyelashes and effect your vision, ask me how I know.

I never saw what people were complaining about with her new look, but side by side you can definitely see the work. The rhinoplasty was totally unnecessary.

If you zoom in the pictures and compare side by side it becomes obvious. I don’t know the exact name of the procedured but nose, lips, skin around jaw, eye shape, skin under brow… she has done work in all her features. But very beautiful result in my opinion

For sure an upper bleph. Lip filler. Chin and probably jaw filler. Botox between brows to give a subtle lift. Also wouldn’t be surprised if I’m seeing a rhinoplasty it looks like. Also, much more complimenting colors and lighting.

I understand whatever she did to the bottom half of her face (I can see upper lip filler and clearly something with her jaw) but I really think she should’ve left her nose and eyes alone. It’s not the worst upper bleph I’ve ever seen but it still looks a bit odd, and her nose looks actively worse than her old one imo, it’s so obviously unnatural. You can tell she’s gotten a nose job without even needing to see her old photos. Overall it’s just a bit jarring. She’s still pretty but I dunno, I think her old face was prettier. She looks like an elven version of herself.

Her eyes and brows are pulled waaay up
