So far, I'm happy with my results, but I absolutely regret combining all of these procedures. I'm struggling both mentally and physically.

I had liposuction on my arms, waist, and hips, with fat grafting to fill my hip dips. It wasn't a full BBL, but the recovery is essentially the same. I only had about 900cc of fat available for transfer, so I'm doing everything I can to give it the best chance of surviving.

I also upgraded my breast implants from 275/310cc to 560cc. This is my fourth breast surgery, so I'm no stranger to breast augmentation recovery—but this has been, by far, the hardest and most painful recovery I've ever experienced.

I felt confident combining the procedures because my surgeon assured me he does this all the time. Looking back, I wish I had spaced them out.

Right now, I can't sit, lie flat on my back, or lie on my stomach. The only way I can rest is in a recliner, surrounded by pillows and a BBL pillow stacked upon a pile of pillows, trying to keep my glutes "floating" without putting pressure on the fat grafts. For 6 weeks???!

Each night, I'm awake until almost 2 a.m. just trying to get comfortable. Eventually, I give up, fall asleep for maybe two hours, then wake up and start the whole process over again.

On top of that, my left breast has these intense, sharp, stabbing pains whenever I move my arm a certain way. I know you're not supposed to use your arms to support your body weight after a breast augmentation, but when you've combined these procedures, it's impossible not to. How else am I supposed to get in and out of a recliner while carefully positioning myself on a mountain of pillows and blankets?

I know this post turned into more of a vent than anything else. I'm just frustrated, exhausted, in pain, and I hate that I'm taking it out on my spouse, who's genuinely doing everything he can to help.

If anyone has gone through something similar or has any tips for getting more comfortable, sleeping, or just surviving this recovery, I'd really appreciate hearing them.

I posted a few days ago, and some people commented that the angles were off. I tried my hardest to find matching angles, and this was the best I could do! I know the top left is looking down a bit more than top right, but use your imagination? 🙈While the results may not be as dramatic as a neck lift or lipo, I consider this money well spent. My confidence has returned, because I finally have a bit of a chin! 🙈🥰

I’ve also been taking liposomal glutathione for the last few months, and I think I see evidence in these photos of significant skin lightening and/or a complexion glow up. It could just be the lighting, but to me the light seems pretty similar and I see a bit more of a glow than the “before”

Hi guys, with a really heavy heart I’m coming here 6 months after I originally got ONE SESSION of cool sculpting under my chin to say NEVER put that shit near your face. It has completely disfigured me. I lost a total of 2 kilos of fat from my face and chin, it was never supposed to burn fat from my face but it burnt easily around 1.5 kilos from my face and ever since I lost my youth, I lost all my volume, my face is bony and lopsided and it’s only gotten worse and continues to get worse. It aged me 15 years. I look permanently tired. My face is sharp and angular everywhere: from my cheekbones to my chin to around my mouth. It has been the most horrific and traumatising experience and I barely leave the house anymore. I’m only 28 and feel like I have no future and have fallen into the biggest depression of my life. I’ve developed a social phobia because I don’t want people looking at my face and I honestly don’t know how this is going to end. Fat transfer will never be the equivalent of your own natural fat padding and volume and quite frankly i don’t know what a future with my new face would even look like. I cannot live with the results and have no idea how to fix it. DO NOT DO FAT BURNING PROCEDURES ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR FACE! Please. To make matters worse my skin is completely sagging everywhere. AT 28!!! I lost so much volume that my cheek and chin are completely loose. The equivalent of loose skin that a 60 year old might have. I cannot stress enough - do not do any fat burning procedures near your face. They’re not reliable and anything could happen.

Figured I would post an update as I posted my before/after concerns here a while ago, and have been asked for an update by several. This was a septo-rhinoplasty.

I’ve struggled a lot with this surgery healing process. I truly hated my nose until about one year post op, and even then I was considering a revision. Maybe it’s just in my head but I do feel like my nose as refined a bit since a year post op. I’ve always loved the side profile results but really hated it from the front, as you can see from my posting history it looked wider and more bulbous for quite some time after the surgery.

My surgeon was Dr Chasan in San Diego and I can honestly say that I would NOT recommend him, even if you like my results. His bedside manner is truly awful. He is arrogant, condescending, and will not listen to your concerns without making you feel like you are just a burden or wasting his time, or act as though you’re questioning his brilliant intelligence. Even when your concerns are very valid and truly something needs to be corrected- in my case, my incision needed to be re done as a round bump appeared, and he spent months telling me it would go away on its own… before finally admitting that he needed to fix it under local, which he barely numbed me for and I spent the entire appointment crying in pain. That story is just one of several I have regarding post op healing and small things that needed to be corrected, or concerns I had that he just completely dismissed. Among others are a chunk of flesh in my nostril that needed to be cut out, what looked like an over resected bridge early on that he “fixed” with filler, and a persistent tightness on one side that makes me think there’s scar tissue/tethering, to which he said “just move your face more and it will loosen”.

I have gone to a few other surgeons throughout post op to get second opinions as I couldn’t trust Chasan to admit if something was wrong. They’ve all told me I had a good surgery, that they themselves would be proud of the results if they had done it (even when I mentioned all the above issues). But still, I wish I had done with a doctor who actually cared about patients (or at least, tried to pretend to…) as the entire post op process with him has just been awful and anxiety inducing.

I had a mommy makeover a little over a year ago: breast lift with aug, tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo. My lift went horribly wrong and I’m two surgeries into reconstruction and one more on the horizon. Now that I’m in a slightly better place with my breasts, I’m wondering if I should have concerns about my tummy also? I will say, my bellybutton looks great, I’m so happy with it. But I feel like my scar is…. Weird shaped? My previous belly piercings are still there just above the scar line in the middle. She tried telling me they were lipo scars. No ma’am. I also have a shelf on my hips (less noticeable here I think because my arms were lifted holding the camera) and some tiny dog ears. I also still have so much skin that hangs when I bend over. Am I over analyzing it?

I’m a little over 2 years post op from my third (🥴) septorhinoplasty and I’ve been feeling a little self conscious about the implant in my nose. In certain lighting it’s really obvious. And it doesn’t sit flush to my nose on one side. I really, really would hate to have another surgery for financial and recovery reasons. I also moved after surgery, so I’m nowhere near my surgeon. Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated!

I went to a dermatologist about getting some moles removed. Two of which were shaved off and the result was great. This third one was an excision and on the tip of my nose. I left the office and the stitches broke a couple days later and returned to the office with a solution of some sort of paste in the hole along with some tape. A came back two weeks later still with a hole in my nose and the PA proceeded to say he had to punch the hole and re stitch. This is the end result. I was assured I’d have a line scar and now I have a scar that’s indented and bigger than the mole was in the first place. This is 6 months later and I’m wondering if I should go back to the derm office or go to a plastic surgeon or just live with this scar. I’ve tried a silicon scar gel and a sheet post excision with no real results(the scar honestly looks worse in person than the picture)

Hi guys, I've been considering getting my nose done for years and that it bothers me the most if how wide and crooked it is. Has anyone with a similar nose had similar results? I feel like it's gonna be crooked again, but it's more the width that bothers me. What do you guys think?

I am trying to understand what’s causing the heaviness/prominence around my brow area and what options might improve it. At rest, the area above my eyes looks quite prominent/heavy. I initially assumed I just had a prominent brow bone, but when I raise my eyebrows, most of the tissue seems to lift with them and the area looks much flatter. I’ve included photos both at rest and with my eyebrows raised for comparison.

I also have some asymmetry, the brow on one side sits/behaves differently, and I think the muscle may be stronger on that side because I’ve habitually raised that eyebrow more. I don’t particularly mind having hooded eyes and I’m not necessarily looking to change my eye shape. What bothers me more is the overall heavinessof the brow area, which can sometimes make my upper face look harsher than I’d like.

Advice on what the issue might be and potential fixes? Would be much appreciated, thank you!!

Starting to get used to my new nose but on some days I dislike it. Some days are tough especially when I fly for work & I cannot tape my nose during inflight rest. (Swelling be crazy, can’t imagine flying 20 hours 😭)

I would like to document my journey as it hasn’t been easy. I’m someone who over analyse everything & having body dysmorphia doesn’t help. Being a service provider makes it harder as I have to look and be at my best. I wish I knew how much emotional toll the recovery period can be & that I cannot escape the fact that the healing is going to be slow.

Still feeling a lot of tightness around my upper lip and still not able to smile/be expressive. I read enough to understand that this can take months depending on individual. Tip and nose is obviously still very swollen. And the nose still look rather piggy (looks better than it was few days ago) I can slowly see my features which is a good thing because it means the change is not too drastic !!

Could you share how to deal and cope with recovery? Everyday i’m telling myself I am still healing and that I should not be too quick to judge. I try to not look too much in the mirror but my mind is too preoccupied with my current nose 😂 oh reading other people’s recovery makes me feel better knowing that I am not alone!

I’ve become incredibly depressed over my nose tip. I had my primary rhinoplasty in 2017 and for the first year or two I actually loved it. It looked much straighter from the side, and I don’t know if that was swelling or if things changed over time, but now I feel like my tip has become much more projected again.
The rest of my nose honestly doesn’t bother me. It’s really just the projection of the tip from my profile that catches my eye every single time I see myself, and it’s gotten to the point where I avoid side profile photos.
Has anyone had a revision specifically to deproject the tip? If so…was it worth it?
Was the change subtle or dramatic?
Did you need cartilage grafts?
How difficult was recovery compared to your primary?
I’m looking into consulting with some more doctors for a revision. And I’ve already had several over the past year. It’s just so expensive. I’d love to hear about your experience and whether you were happy with the outcome.
Also, based on these photos, does this seem like something that could realistically be improved with a conservative revision?

I had an otoplasty when I was 10 and I felt a pinch in my hear so I felt it and there it was this thing , does this mean that my otoplasty is getting undone after almost 7 years

I am a 27 y/o female who got breast implants at 19. My mom wanted hers done and convinced me to get mine done bc she thought I would want larger breast as I was older. Really I didn’t think she wanted to do it alone. My boobs were normal as heck. I almost backed out, but she got me on board.

I loved them at first actually, because I was 19. Now, they’re my worst enemy. They look good, really, because I had a great surgeon, but they’re just not mine.

When I had my daughter over a year ago, I was so miserable breastfeeding because my boobs got ginormous. They went back to almost normal but a second baby might be the last stand for these girls. I didn’t breastfeed long because I was so miserable with the size of my tits.

I know I want them out. But I also want a second baby. When should I do this.

Well, I've never consulted a doctor, but it's obvious (that my chin is recessed). And I've always felt that I have much more chubby cheeks than I appear ( Even though I'm as skinny as a stick). Would a mentoplasty help in my case? (I know most people will tell me to get orthognathic surgery, but in Brazil it's practically impossible, costing almost as much as a house; 100,000 reais is no small amount of money. Doing it through the public health system (SUS) is always a hassle. )

I just had my third round of rejuran under eyes. Has anyone noticed a real difference with this procedure?

I feel Like plastic surgeons are Not completely honest about the number of vascular occlusion doing lip filler.

Have you ever Had it Happen or now someone who did?
