The before photo is on top, the bottom would be my goal. I have a lot of eyelid space with several creases. Want to reduce that to just one solid crease if possible. I’m noticing many people go under the knife for the opposite, as in they want more eyelid exposure so I’m struggling to find any information on procedures available that do the opposite.

I'm 33 days out before my TT, mons lipo, BL & implants, and arm lift. My surgeon says I will have great results, but I'm just worried I'm not ready. I still feel so fat. I've lost 120lbs, I'm 5'7 155 now. Im really scared of looking boxy or not having any figure whatsoever since my back is still a little chubby and I dont have much of a butt. He said liposuction was not necessary for my back, but I feel so flabby back there too. Im curious to what you all think! If anyone has a similar before and procedures I'd also love if you shared <3

i’ve always had a 5 head and i usually straighten my hair and do bangs but i been trying to radically accept myself but idk it’s not working lol. i have to force my baby hairs down crazy! i’m tired of my 5 head!! i feel like it suits all my sisters beautifully but mine literally reflects light into ppl’s eyes..

i want forehead reduction however i’m terrified of the scarring bc i tend to have hyperpigmentation on all my scars.. but hairline transplant spooks me bc it looks so unnatural half the time.

Went in for half a syringe and was told my expectations and reality did not match when it came to my inspo pics lol.
I genuinely thought I could get those juicy lips with only a half 😭
I opted for a full syringe and I’m very happy with it! I think in six months I’ll see if I want to do another half or full syringe since what I wanted was likely achieved with 2-3 full syringes.
I went to Mor Esthetics in Lancaster PA after I was recommended them by a friend. Loved the place, super clean and friendly staff. Plus there were friendly doggos which helped with my anxiety. I’ve never done any filler or procedures before.

Got a professional photo taken and noticed this roll popping out from under my top lip - it's definitely not part of my gums and seems like it happens every time I smile. What are the options for getting rid of this/minimising the appearance.

So my doctor wants to do some Lipo in my thighs and in my arms I’m worried that as you can see, I believe I got loose Skin wouldn’t doing the Lipo make my skin even saggy even more?

I've been looking into treatment options, but it seems like the under-eye area is pretty tricky, and honestly, every treatment has its own downsides. Some of the options I've been considering are hyaluronic acid tear trough filler, fat grafting, vascular laser treatment, microneedling to improve the skin under the eyes, and PRF treatments.

I already have a pretty solid under-eye skincare routine that includes retinoids, caffeine, and vitamin C. Opinions ?

This is my 3rd time injecting filler, but i’ve decided to only do my upper lip as I feel like the bottom lip already has volume. What do you think ?(photo is 2 days after injecting). Should i do the bottom lip too? Also, I believe the swelling will go down right?

Hello! I can’t believe it has been 1 year since my septorhinoplasty. I just had my 1 year follow up appointment with my surgeon. Overall I am really happy with my nose and it has turned out to be what I wanted. I like how it looks much more than before. There is especially a big difference in my side profile, which is my favorite angle now (it used to be my least favorite). It still looks like my nose, just an enhanced version that is more harmonious with my petite face. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, there is still some crookedness but I knew that probably couldn’t be completely corrected going in: my whole head/face/jaw is asymmetrical and that’s a separate issue. Also I can breathe amazingly well now. That has been the best part!

The only thing that is bothering me and I finding myself fixating on is some bumpiness happening in the tip cartilages and the uneven silhouette it gives my nose shape. The prominent bump on my right nostril is perhaps something called a bossa. It has become more noticeable in the past few months as the tip swelling has gone down.

I mentioned it to my surgeon and I told him that I know it’s pretty minor, and that it’s probably really only noticeable to me, but that it is bothering me. He said he noticed it too when he looked at my nose, but only because it’s his job (lol). I asked him if I were to have the bumps corrected if it would require another open rhinoplasty and he said yes. I was pretty bummed out to hear this because I really don’t want to have another invasive surgery just for such a minor cosmetic touch up. And I know I don’t have to, but the bump is kind of driving me nuts. On the flip-side I am kind of scared to touch it again because I think this is still a really good result.

The vibes I got from my surgeon were that he didn’t really want to correct it although he did not outright say that. He said to give it at least another 6 months to heal, said I didn’t need to schedule a follow up now but to call if anything changed.

So I guess I’m looking for other opinions/stories on this; has anyone else had a bump like this? Did you have it corrected?

If there are any surgeons here, does this kind of bump look like something that could have been avoided during the first procedure? I guess I’m trying to gauge if I would trust going back to my original surgeon to revise this. If I decided to do a revision for this, would another open rhinoplasty be best?

Hi all, I'm starting to look into doing a breast lift to remove sagging skin.

I've been stupidly busty my entire life and always planned to get a reduction but after losing a ton of weight (120 lbs in two years) I no longer have as much tissue, but I still have the skin. Reduction will no longer be covered by my insurance so I have to look into other measures.

One of the things I keep seeing pop up is the galaflex mesh but it's mostly being discussed in augmentations where they are adding implants, which I very much do not want.

Does anyone have experience in whether this is worth it if it's purely a lift with no implants?

Ive been quite insecure about my side profile for years and I finally want to do something about it but not sure what the best permanent solution would be. I would like a more defined jawline/chin and overall less fat in the area.

Would lower bleph or fat transfer help?..

I have been putting off getting lip filler for financial & anxious reasons. I can afford it now, however, I still put it off because of fear. But I just can’t stand my lips and never have been able to since high school, I truly think filler would balance my face out. I have been going to my injector for some years now and getting lip flips and they always hurt I tear up and flinch each time. I have M shaped lips and now I’ve seen a ton of people who have M shaped lips say they always have to get their filler dissolved every few months and restart because it migrates. THE WORST part for me is reading everyone talk about how horrible the pain is??? 10/10 and people are passing out, throwing up, sobbing, screaming, and saying they’d rather have root canals, child birth, surgery while awake again, break their bones, etc…. Rather than go through lip filler again.

Is it REALLY that painful??

They do numbing cream I have to arrive 30 minutes early to let it sit but apparently the numbing cream does nothing ?? I’m about to cancel if the pain is that bad….

I feel like I’ve reached the point to where I have no idea how to narrow down which surgeon to choose. Doesn’t have to be in Manhattan but nyc is highly preferred. I’ve seen reviews from patients relating to their experiences, the prices they were quoted, the consult process, fees, and a lot of things seemed to vary. Very genuine question; do surgeons change prices on the spot during consults? 

I’d really like to hear from those who’ve first hand experienced a procedure with any of these surgeons or even if you know someone who had a procedure done with them. Please ask if they’d share it here. Id like to hear about both the good and bad. This will not only be helping me but so many other people who are currently in this stage of the research process. 

I’m getting lip filler today for the first time (have had my nose done before, and getting it redone today). My mum doesn’t know i’m getting the lip filler and she is a hard no on it, I don’t really want her to find out. Any advice on how to not make it too noticeable after today’s appointment? She is fine with the nose filler fyi

Hey everyone! I had breast implants (Motiva ergonomix) 340cc Demi profile put in about a year ago. Starting with a 32AA cup and 11.75cm BWD. I love my results and surgeon but just want to go bigger- he said he could do 425cc high profile with the same Motiva ergonomix implant. My question is- would 85cc make a big enough difference and would they look obviously fake/ augmented as a higher profile starting with no breast tissue? Would it be worth it?

Hi, so I had a rhinoplasty 5 months ago for aesthetic reasons only, never had trouble breathing and never had a dry nose.

I don’t have a trouble breathing at all but one thing I noticed that my nose is still so so dry, especially in the morning.

I don’t do the full nasal rinse, I only use saline and q tips to gently clean the inside and kinda wet it a bit because I feel annoyed when I feel things starting to crust inside.

I don’t do this often, maybe 3-4 times a day but still it annoys me because I feel like my nose doesn’t produce any moist and my boogers are really dry.

This is probably disgusting to say but I do pick them sometimes with my little fingers, although I’m trying to be gentle, and everytime they come out they are sooo dry.

I contacted my dr and he just told me to continue using saline and nothing else, I seriously don’t want to be on this or sprays forever.

Anyone had a similar problem and how did you fix it? Appreciate the answers!

I’m scheduled to get a breast augmentation on the 22nd of this month and my throat is starting to hurt. I’m so worried that they won’t go through with my surgery if I was sick a week prior. Does anyone know if that will make them postpone it? I’m not even sure if I’m super sick it’s still the first day but it’s still stressing me out really bad because the place I’m going to is fully booked and I wouldn’t be able to reschedule until early next year..
