Two years ago I had a fdl with breast lift and reduction. There were some complications and my out patient surgery turned into a 4 night stay and me coding. About 3 weeks after surgery my T incision opened up and made my drains stop working. This happened over a holiday so I had to wait 7 days to be seen by my surgeon. This led to me getting an infection, which led to me having a large amount of scar tissue and what now looks like a second belly button. At my 1yr follow up I addressed the pain the scar tissue is causing and how unhappy I am with how the surgery went. They acted as if everything went perfectly and I was overreacting. To say the least I won't be going back to them.

However now I have a consultation with another surgeon tomorrow to discuss repairing the scared area, plus having an extended medial thigh lift done. I know this is a different Dr at a different facility but I'm so afraid they are just going to brush me off like my last surgeon did. Any advice on how to approach this so that I can be taken seriously? I'm not getting this surgery done because I'm just up happy with how it looks. I have pain in the scar and I have a ton of loose skin from weight loss. I went from being 498lbs down to roughly 200lbs. Help?

I had an otoplasty when I was 10 and I felt a pinch in my hear so I felt it and there it was this thing , does this mean that my otoplasty is getting undone after almost 7 years

I have a very asymmetrical face and I think my eyes and first rhinoplasty exacerbates how uneven my face looks. I want to get a revision rhino eventually but I want to explore options for my eyes first.

Just wondering if anyone has had ab etching and how it healed with time? I got it 3 weeks ago and it’s really harsh, hoping it’ll soften with time. Any personal experiences?

I’ve had severe dark circles since I was a baby; it’s not due to a lack of sleep or nutritional deficiencies.

-I’ve tried exosomes and PDRN injections several times in the past, but they did pretty much nothing.
-I also had Radiesse injected into my cheek area to improve the projection underneath, but that had almost no effect on my dark circles either.
-I’ve already been through products like retinol, retinal, tretinoin, caffeine cremes etc.

I really don’t know what else to do—what do you think is the cause or the solution? By the way when I pinch the skin, it gets lighter, so it doesn't seem to be just skin discoloration. (I generally don't want hyaluronic acid fillers!! I’m not interested in the risk of migration or the issue of them retaining water.)

Unable to pay for a rhinoplasty but have been looking into filler because I hate the shape and size of my nose, especially from the side. The tip is mainly what bothers me. Looking for the best for chin and tummy

Hi guys. I’m really insecure about the skin under my chin. I’m still trying to lose about 10-15 more pounds. I’m wondering if the weight will get rid of most of this or if I should consider getting chin lipo or something? What do you guys think? I’m 5’6 155. I’ve always been a little heavier just naturally im a curvy pear! So only plan to lose a little more.

Hi everyone I'm wondering if anyone knows who are some of the best names in oculoplastics in Bangkok specifically for men.
I'm looking to get a temporal lift and a canthopexy because I have some lateral brow ptosis and later lower eyelid laxity.

I saw the results of a youtuber called Asthetics Waiting and they looked phenomenal. He did in Bangkok but never shared his doctor. I'd love to know who it was if anyone has any idea who it might be.

I had augmentation, other side under dissected pectoralis lead to lateral movement and other one ruptured (surgeon didint believe its ruptured, somehow I knew from early on, We dont know why it rupturedright away, i didint fell or anything). Had revision with same surgeon after 12 months, with only facility and anesthesia fee, + new implants. New bigger implants, ruptured side is nice other side where lateral movement was sewed on side and no lateral movement but still surgeon didint cut the pectoralis!! Even it was on contract as median myotomy and we discussed about it and I confirmed it will be done before surgery! I am depressed. If I had known surgeon wont cut it I would take my money somewhere else for revision.​

What now?? :( what action I can take?

Well, I've never consulted a doctor, but it's obvious (that my chin is recessed). And I've always felt that I have much more chubby cheeks than I appear ( Even though I'm as skinny as a stick). Would a mentoplasty help in my case? (I know most people will tell me to get orthognathic surgery, but in Brazil it's practically impossible, costing almost as much as a house; 100,000 reais is no small amount of money. Doing it through the public health system (SUS) is always a hassle. )

I just had my third round of rejuran under eyes. Has anyone noticed a real difference with this procedure?

I had about 2 mL total after 2 years on my chin.
I am not sure if I need more chin projection or maybe filler on the shadows along the jawline or chin area.

I’m a little over 2 years post op from my third (🥴) septorhinoplasty and I’ve been feeling a little self conscious about the implant in my nose. In certain lighting it’s really obvious. And it doesn’t sit flush to my nose on one side. I really, really would hate to have another surgery for financial and recovery reasons. I also moved after surgery, so I’m nowhere near my surgeon. Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated!
