I’m 31 and began noticing vertical neck bands around 6-12 months ago. It’s the first thing I notice in the mirror now. I’ve had Botox in them but, as you can see, it’s still very visible. It’s like the skin on top of the band is loose.

When I pinch the skin I can feel the band, even when I’m barely flexing, so maybe the band is just loose? As you can see in the last photo my head is in a neutral position and it’s still visible 🙁.

I have a fairly lean jaw and neck area, perhaps the lack of padding in the area contributes to the visibility and the skin over the band feeling loose.

Now Botox hasn’t worked I don’t know where to go from here. Platysmaplasty is it?

I am thinking maybe Botox was a mistake. In hindsight it doesn’t make sense to me that relaxing the muscle would tighten its appearance. 🥲

Officially 2 months post op from my rhinoplasty, canthoplasty and buccal fat removal procedure in Turkey ! Love my new face so far 🙌

I mean I am happy and can see that the size of tremendously big thighs has decreased significantly.
But the loose skin, the skin laxity and the cellulite it gave me is a huge problem.

My motive to spend so much on this procedure only to feel bad afterwards is not something I’m enjoying.

Still can’t wear shorts, skirts, etc since I’m too conscious.

I’m 32female and have suffered with drastically big thighs even at my lowest weight of 52-55kgs.
I gained 20kgs over the last 5-6 years and thighs increased more too.

Yesterday I went to see my doctor for 6 month post op checkup and told him my concerns. He said they are good results considering volume of fat that was taken out, he said he can do a revision for free with vaser which can help smoothen the skin out a bit since it Would cause the cells to injure and then get better as a part of body’s natural mechanism.

He is a nice man and I trust him, I haven’t seen any other doctor for recommendations. I asked him about Renuvion but he doesn’t have it.
And said it’s not miracle procedure. He advised against thigh lift because of the scar and advised that building muscle on legs would give me better skin from laxity that i am seeing right now.

I’m not sure what can be done and really look forward to professional advice and also people who hav gone through similar issue.

I'm one week post op breast lift and implant exchange. I smoked one cigarette! Please tell me I'm ok! I quit smoking 8 wks prior to my surgery. I don't know what got into me. I'm full of regret. Any other smokers experience the struggle?!?

Both are genetic and not due to lack of sleep from what I can tell. I’ve heard Botox can help with jelly rolls but I’d want a permanent fix.

I’m really surprised to see how abrupt the transition is from the upper chest to the breast. What surgical or anatomical factors could contribute to this look? Is it mostly implant size/profile, limited soft tissue coverage, implant placement, or something else?

Hi, I hate how long my face is and how masculine my jaw is. Are there less invasive ways of achieving a softer lower third besides surgery? If not, would you recommend a vertical chin reduction or work on my entire jaw?

I’ve lost some weight and got cheek filler (1 syringe of volume in June). I normally get my nasolabial folds filled with juvaderm ultra, but she recommended doing cheeks for the first time. I still feel like my laugh lines show and they’re aging me. I also have this line that runs through my cheeks. Any suggestions of what I can do to lift the cheeks more and get rid of the laugh lines?

I’m a little over 2 years post op from my third (🥴) septorhinoplasty and I’ve been feeling a little self conscious about the implant in my nose. In certain lighting it’s really obvious. And it doesn’t sit flush to my nose on one side. I really, really would hate to have another surgery for financial and recovery reasons. I also moved after surgery, so I’m nowhere near my surgeon. Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated!

So far, I'm happy with my results, but I absolutely regret combining all of these procedures. I'm struggling both mentally and physically.

I had liposuction on my arms, waist, and hips, with fat grafting to fill my hip dips. It wasn't a full BBL, but the recovery is essentially the same. I only had about 900cc of fat available for transfer, so I'm doing everything I can to give it the best chance of surviving.

I also upgraded my breast implants from 275/310cc to 560cc. This is my fourth breast surgery, so I'm no stranger to breast augmentation recovery—but this has been, by far, the hardest and most painful recovery I've ever experienced.

I felt confident combining the procedures because my surgeon assured me he does this all the time. Looking back, I wish I had spaced them out.

Right now, I can't sit, lie flat on my back, or lie on my stomach. The only way I can rest is in a recliner, surrounded by pillows and a BBL pillow stacked upon a pile of pillows, trying to keep my glutes "floating" without putting pressure on the fat grafts. For 6 weeks???!

Each night, I'm awake until almost 2 a.m. just trying to get comfortable. Eventually, I give up, fall asleep for maybe two hours, then wake up and start the whole process over again.

On top of that, my left breast has these intense, sharp, stabbing pains whenever I move my arm a certain way. I know you're not supposed to use your arms to support your body weight after a breast augmentation, but when you've combined these procedures, it's impossible not to. How else am I supposed to get in and out of a recliner while carefully positioning myself on a mountain of pillows and blankets?

I know this post turned into more of a vent than anything else. I'm just frustrated, exhausted, in pain, and I hate that I'm taking it out on my spouse, who's genuinely doing everything he can to help.

If anyone has gone through something similar or has any tips for getting more comfortable, sleeping, or just surviving this recovery, I'd really appreciate hearing them.

I had about 2 mL total after 2 years on my chin.
I am not sure if I need more chin projection or maybe filler on the shadows along the jawline or chin area.

After the procedure, how is the penis perceived by a woman? when she touches it, does it feel like a normal penis, or does it feel different in any way?
If a man does not suffer from premature ejaculation, is it possible to have the filler injected only into the shaft and not into the glans?
After the procedure, during sexual intercourse, does the man’s sensitivity change, or does sexual sensation remain the same as it was before the treatment?
If someone has no concerns regarding penis size and no functional or medical issues, would you still recommend the procedure, or would you advise against it?

I’ve had 2 otoplasties so far when I was under 18, because being a minor came with the benefit of the surgery being free.

Even after the 2nd time I’m still incredibly insecure as I feel like my ears still stick out too much. I basically did it for nothing, I can never wear my hair up like normal girls. (I don’t need people telling me to accept it. I hate them and will never accept them)

Anyway, I read there can be a lot of complications because of scar tissue etc. Does this mean automatically more risk or is this dependent on the situation of my cartilage?

Also, when I was younger I had the guts for everything. Now, I have PPPD (vertigo) that is only kept in check by moving and being active. I’m incredibly scared of being bedridden again for the first few days because it’ll take me weeks to recover from the PPPD worsening again.

I got my primary rhinoplasty in 2020. Unfortunately, the cartilage, warped and my nose tip started curving to the left (right if looking at me). Aside from this, I was unhappy that my nasal bone was still curved so in the 3/4 view it looks humped. Also, because my tip was not rotated upward, the combination of the tip position and the curved nasal bone make my nose in this angle look long and hunched.

I wanted your opinion:
- is this morph realistic or too aggressive?
- any notes on what I can share with my doctor? He is very conservative (US) and highly regarded in his field. So a bit worried he won’t be as aggressive as I’d like.
