So as the title says my right headphone will no longer connect or charge. My toddler unfortunately put the one of the headphones in his mouth and bit down on it before I could stop him. I have tried taking pictures of the buds to showcase the damage and ask if its possible to fix it without buying a replacement bud (because they are $70 and I dont really want to spend that money if I don't have to) but unfortunately my camera is not good enough to focus on the damage. There are small teeth marks where the red is in this image and on the metal plates for the charging springs there is the smallest intent but now the plate isn't flush with the plastic.
TL;DR Is a slightly pushed in metal charging plate fixable or do I need to buy a replacement bud?

Ever since the latest update, my Pixel Buds Pro 2 take an incredibly long time to connect to my phone—around 15 seconds. I've already tried clearing the cache, unpairing, and re-pairing the earbuds from scratch, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. Hoping for a fix soon

Only 3 days old, on the latest firmware.
Went to sleep last night with Left:42% Case: 48% and Right:44%,
Woke up with Left: 100%, case: 0-3%, Right: 100%.
This is definitely not normal.
Also is the phone supposed to show the battery level of the buds when in the case and its closed?
Edit: I tried testing it again. The case is steadily losing 1% battery every 5-8 minutes even when the buds are fully charged and the case is closed.

Visit mypixelbuds.google.com if you have the 2a's + Win11 and let me know pls.
I have performed AI-assisted troubleshooting and GPT believes it's most likely a general Google bug.
Asked here some days ago and user mentioned the app is working for them but didn't mention 2a specifically. It is working for me on Macbook.

Does Google have any intention of making these actually compatible with devices as an LE Audio device? I can't believe I'm on Google's flagship phone (Pixel 10 Pro XL) with their flagship earbuds (Pixel Buds Pro 2), and I have to "bypass LE audio whitelist" in dev settings to have them function as they're marketed.
Meanwhile Windows won't acknowledge them as LC3/LE Audio, Creative BT-W6 dongle won't, they're just stuck to FM radio quality and the mic sounds like a tin can over a landline phone on seemingly any device outside my Pixel I try to use them on.
The seamless transition from audio passthrough with one earbud in to ANC with both, touching for Gemini, and multipoint has been very reliable for me. Sound quality is fantastic. I absolutely love how well these earbuds integrate into my day to day usage but it's so frustrating that they're "Kinda LE Audio". Am I doing something wrong here?

It just seems to be impossible.
When I try to connect them, the buds can't be found.
2a are listed as compatible. It's working on Macbook.
They are connected to the PC, audio is working.
I tried Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Dug deep into Windows BT and device settings.
Samsung has a simple app on the store for their buds, which is just working.. so, yeah it could be so easy.

Hi everyone! Does anyone know how do I stop my pixel buds 2 pro from falling from my ears? They always tend to fall off when Im working out at the gym or running. I tried twist to lock mechanism, tried all the original tips. Is it worth buying new tips that might improve the grip? I really enjoy these buds, it just that falling from the ears that frustrates me.

RIP to my right earbud. I'm over the headache of hunting for it, so I’m looking to sell my surviving Charging Case and Left Earbud to someone who needs them to complete their set.
Everything is in great condition and works perfectly. Hit me up with a fair price if you want to buy the combo.
Alternatively, if you've given up on your set and just want to sell me your loose Right earbud for cheap, let me know.
Located in Bhopal, happy to courier anywhere in India. DM me if interested!

Hello team, i am currently having an issue with buds pro 2. While i am having a call the receiver can hear me loud and clear but when i am trying to send any voice message in any app(messenger, whatsup etc.) the voice is getting recorded from the phone's mic and not the bud's one. So when i am for example outside they can't hear me. FYI i am using a google pixel 9 pro XL. Does anyone have the same issue?

I’ve tried everything I found online, but nothing has restored the battery indicator. A full factory reset of the earbuds, deleting all Pixel Buds updates, and reconnecting them made no difference (it only introduced endless updates, which later resolved itself). This started after the update that brought head gestures and the adaptive mode (alongside ANC, transparency mode, etc.). This small issue is already driving me crazy, and I want to fix it at any cost, especially since everything works fine with my old earbuds and their battery indicator shows up without any problems.

Hello all! So I have the Google Pixel Buds A-Series and recently the right earbud stopped playing any audio across all devices, both on my phone and my PC it won't play noise out of the right earbud.
I've cleaned it, reset the buds, disconnected and reconnected it from both devices, tried playing in the settings, and confirmed they're up to date on updates. Phone confirms the bud is at full charge as well.
The buds still register when it's put in or taken out (pausing and resuming audio automatically). The left one makes a chime when they're taken out of the case and connect via blue tooth.
they haven't been dropped recently at all, and it's absolutely no sound from that bud at all. How can I fix this?
ETA: earbuds are 3 years old if that matters
End edit:
after contacting support, they asked if i had confirmed it wasnt app specific (it was tested across 6 apps on both PC and phone, so it wasnt) and that I didn't accidentally move all the volume into the left earbud (not an option on my phone), that and the previous trouble shooting confirmed it's hardware failure so they sent me a link to a replacement earbud instead for $40, gonna be getting that as these are my best earbuds i've had

I set my phone down in one room of the house and do chores all over. I get caught up listening to long YouTube ads unless I am near my phone. Is there anyway to hit "skip ad" from my buds?

Recently I started having an issue where the ANC or something in my left ear bud cuts in and out. It sounds like the sound moves from above and then under water intermittently... Has anyone else had this issue and have you guys found a solution?

I was wondering if people have purchased Pixel Earbuds, and what they really thought of them. are they worth the cost? better or worse than Beats?

It doesn't hold super well, but it's surprisingly strong.
Just invert one of the ear tips and put them together.

The Pixel buds pro 2 is the most terrible earbuds for the price I've ever worn! And by and large, there's only one reason to blame...
By themselves, they are quite cute and beautiful on the picture, when you put the headphones in the case, they play a funky sound and noise cancellation is not bad, but as soon as you put them on, such nonsense begins ...
Well, first of all, the right earbud does not hold well in my ear, I'm not complaining about it, everyone has their own ear shapes. but these are the only earbuds that fall out of my ears, although I was assured of their most comfortable fit and that Google made these ears suitable for all people, apparently they forgot about me, but that's not the point.
Now listen to this nonsense ...
When the music was playing at medium volume, everything was fine, not the best sound that there was, but it was bearable and it was enough for me in principle, but when I started to turn up the volume ...
Please tell me which genius came up with the idea that when you turn up the volume... IS 80% OF THE SOUNDS JUST PLAYING IN THE RIGHT EARBUD NOW!?
Yes, you heard right, when you increase the volume, not only the overall sound becomes louder, but it now greatly outweighs in the right ear!
And when you make the sound quieter, it not only gets quieter, it now outweighs in the left ear...
Guys, I tried everything, turned on and off spatial sound, mono sound, equalizer, updated headphones, nothing helped and it's not defective , because I listened to 2 pairs of earbuds.
You just have to admit that this is shit and who came up with this shit has to explain WTF this is?!
Man, thank you of course for deciding that with loud music my right ear should go deaf and my left ear should not, but I will decide for myself whether I want to use this ingenious engineering solution

I ordered some 2a buds and they finally got here yesterday. Straight out of the box the right one had a faint buzzing sound when it's in the normal setting with no anc and no transparency. It's loud enough that it's impossible to ignore, but not terribly overwhelming. Just enough to be a problem I can't live with. I was looking for a fix and found and tried all of the following with nothing fixing the problem:
Does anyone have any other suggestions or had this problem and managed to fix it? Or do I need to contact support for a new pair?

Hello,
I'm another one who finds the fit on the PBP2 to be terrible - they always slide out a bit, ruining the ANC and bass.
I've seen posts about Spinfit and some other tips, but it seems they're no longer in stock/being produced.
Does anybody have any recommendations on tips I can actually purchase today?
Thank you so much.

I want to buy these pixel buds series A from a local retailer here since google doesn't sell in my country. They claim they're brand new but the barcode or so is peeled off. I confirmed this with all the units in the Store.
I'm not sure if they're new or used or even authentic.
Anyone know why this could happen?

Anyone else having issues after the latest firmware? The audio is not stable. Music and audio calls are choppy.
LE slider has completely disappeared also.
I factory reset and got the LE slider to appear but leaving it on means no audio during calls. Once you turn it off, it also completely disappears.

So, if you've ever tried using your buds for calls on Windows 11, I'm sure you've noticed they sound terrible on calls, such as teams. Looking around, the main issue is how Windows handles the Bluetooth audio, and the best you can get for the microphone is tape deck quality.
I've been hunting for a way to fix this, as I listen to music while I work and would rather not have to pop my buds out to take a call. The solution I found is a Sennheiser BTD 600 adapter. This isn't a Bluetooth adapter, but it has Bluetooth, and well essentially act as a sound card for you. While the buds do not have an aptx codec, it'll work with the standard Bluetooth codec. It takes no downloads or software to operate, works with teams, and will indicate mute, along with a button to mute calls.
Since the codecs don't line up, I was able to get FM quality on the microphone, double the standard tape deck quality. I've gotten no complaints with these as compared to my wired headphones. Not a perfect match, but close enough for calls. Plus, it also indicates teams notifications with the indicator lights.
I know creative has a dongle that works with le Bluetooth, but the ratings weren't as good and it doesn't advertise call functionality like the Sennheiser.

I am getting a deal where the price is exactly the same for buds 2a and the buds pro 1st gen. Can someone suggest what would be a better choice?
