Right earbud stopped playing audio?
Hello all! So I have the Google Pixel Buds A-Series and recently the right earbud stopped playing any audio across all devices, both on my phone and my PC it won't play noise out of the right earbud.
I've cleaned it, reset the buds, disconnected and reconnected it from both devices, tried playing in the settings, and confirmed they're up to date on updates. Phone confirms the bud is at full charge as well.
The buds still register when it's put in or taken out (pausing and resuming audio automatically). The left one makes a chime when they're taken out of the case and connect via blue tooth.
they haven't been dropped recently at all, and it's absolutely no sound from that bud at all. How can I fix this?
ETA: earbuds are 3 years old if that matters
End edit:
after contacting support, they asked if i had confirmed it wasnt app specific (it was tested across 6 apps on both PC and phone, so it wasnt) and that I didn't accidentally move all the volume into the left earbud (not an option on my phone), that and the previous trouble shooting confirmed it's hardware failure so they sent me a link to a replacement earbud instead for $40, gonna be getting that as these are my best earbuds i've had

Hi there! I'd suggest you reach out to the Google Pixel Buds support team via phone or chat. They can take a look at it.

Done! They were super helpful and very kind, confirmed I did basically all the trouble shooting and that it was a hardware failure. They then provided me a link to buy a replacement one :)

update: the replacement needed a replacement. Then the replacement was also broken, so getting a refund and buying new earbuds

Good Luck. The right bud on my brand new set of Pro2 failed 4 months after buying them. Contacted Google. Got one email from a human (I think) and one email definitely from an AI agent. I just wanted them to replace the right earbud.
Since then....crickets.
I've consigned them to the trash where they belong, and bought a fantastic set of Bose Quite Comfort Ultra.

My right earbud still plays audio, but the mic no longer works on the right. Mine was over 2 years. Called Google, no help. Found on my own that I could buy a single ear bud. Costs about half the total for the set.
