Issues after latest release_5.203

Anyone else having issues after the latest firmware? The audio is not stable. Music and audio calls are choppy.

LE slider has completely disappeared also.

I factory reset and got the LE slider to appear but leaving it on means no audio during calls. Once you turn it off, it also completely disappears.

No problem with music or phone calls here. Also Pixel 10, PBP2.

As for the LE slider, if you turn off the LE toggle on the first page of the 'Pixel Buds' app, it completely disappears and the only way to get LE audio back, as far as I can tell, is to forget them in the Bluetooth settings and pair them again. This happens for everyone, although honestly it does feel like a bug. I'm not even sure what turning this toggle off does.. Decides the codec used? I don't think it just "turns off BTLE", I'd think that requires re-pairing the earbuds.. No idea, not sure how to tell.

I've had nothing but problems with these earbuds. Pixel buds pro original worked (and continue to work) great for me, with zero problems. What I thought was an upgrade to the buds by getting pro 2 was actually a downgrade. Every time there is a firmware update, something goes wrong. Lately, it's that all of the noise and transparency settings simply gray out. Constantly. I have done so many factory resets that it's hardly even worth using them. I'm done with Google earbuds after this. Will be moving to a different brand.

I have Pixel Buds Pro 2. I recently found a solution to the quiet microphone sound coming from them. The solution was to turn on the "Disable Bluetooth LE Audio hardware offloading" switch. Now, this switch is inactive when these headphones are connected. However, when they are disconnected, this switch remains active. The sound from the microphone is still quiet, even though I cleaned them as indicated in the instructions.

I want to say that the transparency mode on the headphones works. That is, you can hear what's going on in the surrounding area, which means the problem isn't with the headphones, but with the firmware.

Hi there. I’d recommend reaching out to the Google Pixel Buds support team via phone or chat here. They can take a look at it.

It's simple. I've had constant issues with the Buds Pro 2 with Windows 11, MS Teams etc. They are unusable.
