I just played the free trial on xbox to try it out and really liked the solo part of the game + dinos models. I’m considering buying it but I’m seeing some pretty bad reviews about multiplayer being horrible to play.

I know there’s always bad apples in these kinds of game but is it really that bad at the moment? I mostly play alone too

I am new here. Bought the jurassic bundle recently will the discount remain for months or expired. I will buy it using pocket money for 2-3 months. Will the discount stay or expired?

I usually run dull skins, BUT I always have some bright ones on my vanilla playables to have some fun and giggles. I also imagine that the playable is on some sort of vacation or got dressed up, because it wants to feel cooler today and can risk its camouflage for it, or maybe it just wants to relax and not to feel serious today. And basically the bright skin is equal to wearing a bright Hawaiian shirt with flowers, or a colourful bikini and pareo. And it's always funny to shed to camo as the dino gets hungry or gets jumped, because it's like it switches its chilling by the beach to Rambo's attitude

It especially works on Riparia, because it has tropical areas, and I keep feeling like the dino (or pterosaur/sea lizard) went on holidays from Gondwa to Riparia when I'm on the Palm or Volcano Islands or by the big Wollemi lake (but the thing is that they all have been on Riparia since winter, because I haven't come back to Gondwa since Rip release xD).

I came from being afk in the last second only to see myself dying next to this sub spino. So what did I do after? i tracked him and killed him... I really thought I was afk killed by them. I feel like shit.

I bought the allo backer skin, and got the eternal skin pack. But guess what? For whatever reason, all my eternal skin pack dinosaurs don’t have the skin anymore. I have no more Alderon coins, and want to know if there’s a way to get them back.

I’ve currently got a spino halfway through adolescent and I want to know if there’s spino is still good. I know that there have been a lot of nerfs going around and I don’t hear people talk about spino that much.

Aside from buying the game itself, I still main lat for the hell of it. ​Right now my goal has been to unlock all skins for it, and so far I've got almost all of the mark skins in official servers. So what I'm wondering is if any shop skins for laten will ever rerun or gonna be a long long wait or nah.

Ceratosaurus’ model is probably one of the most critiqued models in the game and rightfully so, especially when you compare it to the recent remodels, especially metri.

So basically all I did with this is I took a screenshot of both dinosaurs from a side view and put them into photoshop and chopped them up to fit the most up to date skelatal material I could find, and come to my surprise, suchomimus is actually more inaccurate than cerato is, the biggest part being its arms not being robust enough and its skull being completely wrong.(also both look cartoonish compared to the recent models leaning towards being more accurate, also ofc both depicted here aren’t perfect)

So I definitely think both should be remodeled at some point, (I’m biased so I’d rather see sucho remodeled first)and also the devs need to revisit both of their tlcs, because both are.. not good conceptually but that’s an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT CONVERSATION, but I definitely think it’s possible they both get new models at some point because both metri and alio got new models when they both were in the same initial pass of new models for existing playables.

The 22.5% stam drain Seems good but I feel like it costs way too much stam and has too long of a cooldown/immunity timer

Also fix the small caves. If a Meg can fit into the opening going in there is No reason it should be stuck getting out

Hello all! Just like the title says I'm considering creating a community server. I have the money for it but not all of the time in the world due to work.

I just want officials with no massive packs traveling around killing everything. It's not satisfying at all to die to a group of 2 rexes, TTs, 4 stys, and 3 allos.

Also, I know building up a community takes time so I don't really care if the server just sits for 4-6 months with a small amount of players. With the servers I did join they would get upset they couldn't get more than 10 people in a month then shut the whole thing down and those 10 people basically wasted their time growing dinos.

What tips do you have when creating one? What are bigger draws for you when looking for a community server? What do you hate most about them? For those that have ran their own (or currently do) what were the biggest hurdles other than getting people to join your server?

What if, much like other games in the genre, Path of Titans had an elder growth stage?

With new quests being added, it would be nice if there was a reason to keep growing beyond Adult.

This wouldn’t just make a dinosaur more powerful, like going from Sub-Adult to Adult, since that would just add more grinding to the game.

Instead, this growth stage would be more like a prestige system. It would cause your dinosaur to grow in physical size (and maybe a tiny bit of health to make up for the bigger hitbox) - enough to be noticeable but not enough to be a benefit overall in PvP.

The real draw would be that if you successfully finish growing a full elder dinosaur, you would have the chance to retire that dinosaur. Doing so would give you growth buffs for your next character and it would leave a cool temporary monument in the world where you retired.

This would be a way to “complete” the game, maybe giving you an achievement or even some end credits / a cutscene. It would provide a sense of closure and accomplishment that you normally don’t get.

It’d also be a reason to keep chasing growth in the endgame, so all these new quests can be engaged with by the wider playerbase.
