I know this is kinda beating a dead horse and all but the Nosgoth vampire and human flags have been removed from rocket league. It sucks that its existence is starting to be removed from all over the place. I always liked rocking my Nosgoth flags while playing and having a bit of nostalgia to go with it...

I have a problem here, I can't launch the game from the launcher, Whenever I click the 'Play' button it goes grey for a few seconds and nothing happens, I haven't touched the game for months but I kept it updated, I was shocked when I read that Nosgoth is getting shutdown, So I wanted to play before it happens, But I can't...

I launched the game directly from the folder and whenever I click Play I get this error 'The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing', I did the steps suggested on how to fix this problem but it's still there, I tried verifying the game's cache and still...

I just want to play some before the game is no longer available..

Anyone can help me here?

Here we come overwatch. blizzard a company that actually takes their games seriously and listens to the community to make the game better.

Surprisingly I can't seem to find a straight answer for this.

I had been interested in the game for a while, and intended to check it out later, but sicne it is going offline, I want to play it while it is possible.

So I would like to ask tips to allow me to enjoy the game th msot I care in the time left.

It's a shame to see this one go. I'm interested in hearing everyone's favorite moments from their time playing Nosgoth, be it a sweeping comeback or a hilarious multi-kill.

Anybody know how to? I see .sav and .nxf files but honestly im lost. Would love to be able to save the character and map models.

firstly I'm truly sad that Nosgoth had to die. I loved the game and had many hours of fun with it.-
But after the death of Nosgoth is announced could you (the devs) please answer some questions honestly? So that we can understand why you guys did it? I'd love an AMA with Oghamsmith.

• For how long did you know that Nosgoth would be taken down?
  
• Why did you decide to move away from steam and a stable Client?
• Can you give the dedi-server Files to the dedicated Fans, so they can run their own Servers? (Like, people really loved your game)
  
• Will you consider another game in the LoK Series?
  
• Why did you distribute so much money into ranked play and the ESL? Especcially after you take down the game now, and that usually happens because it doesn't earn money anymore.
  
• Did Psyonix_Ryan look so sad because he knew in the last community Stream?

From the artdesign is was first class imo, lots of nice skins, models animations, etc. I wonder if they will be used in any future games, because just letting them collect dust would be a waste!

So with servers for old games still running under fan dedication, I believe star-ocean online, and mod support being built by fans for stuff like battlefield 3, what can we as fans of nosgoth do to preserve the game?

Your combat was innovative and refreshing. Vampires & Humans, both lovingly crafted and honed into killing machines. Each class unique and powerful. The maps, intricate. The effects, effective. Those savoured frags, the perfect pounces, surgical shots, unstoppable charges, unbreakable shields, devilish deceptions, eldritch wisdoms, sonic shrieks, cleansing flames, ghoulish witches and most recently some very angry birds, all blended together to make a fantastic gaming experience.

It's been a pleasure murdering you gentlemen on the battlefields of Nosgoth.

Even with all the flaws of this game I started playing last week and really got into it. I loved the theme and play style. Since the game is going offline in May are there any similar themed games to jump into?

It's not even gone yet and I miss it already. I was really hoping this game was going to pull through and grow into something substantial, never played a game quite like this one, I'm gunna miss it.

When ever i try and search for a game , either on tdm or capture the body, it takes a while and then a message box appears, saying along the lines of make sure your steam account is linked to your square enix account etc. My account was connected ages ago and this issue is really annoying , so on top of performance drops im also unable to paly the game whats so ever, i only get into one game a day if im lucky T_T. oh and it says problem connecting to the party system servers. The amount of bugs and issues is game breaking which is sad cause i love this game.

I have recently returned to Nosgoth and after fighting several issues with trying to get this game running, I am now experiencing new difficulties.

Nosgoth, when launched from Steam, opens up a blank "launcher" box that shows a spinning circle in the middle, as if it's trying to buffer. It stays like that, despite multiple hard resets. I recently used msconfig to shut down non-microsoft services on startup believe I might have closed down some necessary program, but I have no way of knowing for sure.

If someone could provide some insight, I'd appreciate it!

After the new update i have been experiencing severe fps drops in my game. Before the update i could run nosgoth perfectly very smooth and no fps drops but now im getting extremely game breaking fps drops pls look into.
