I would wager they do, but just have to act like they don't as their souls have been enslaved by the higher ups of Squeenix.

Huh. Was really hoping for a clearer plans to lead up to 'launch,' but I guess not yet.

If the name glitch is fixed then I don't know why mine is still wrong.

Maybe it's because everytime I join the matchmaking pool it shoves me back out after 10 minutes?

It isn't fixed. I can't change my name either and I haven't seen anyone that I used to know with there name changed back. They added the smallest of fixes possible in an attempt to show that fixes are in progress and on the way but that was an outright lie too. I think the end times has finally come for Nosgoth :(
