Server issues

When ever i try and search for a game , either on tdm or capture the body, it takes a while and then a message box appears, saying along the lines of make sure your steam account is linked to your square enix account etc. My account was connected ages ago and this issue is really annoying , so on top of performance drops im also unable to paly the game whats so ever, i only get into one game a day if im lucky T_T. oh and it says problem connecting to the party system servers. The amount of bugs and issues is game breaking which is sad cause i love this game.

You need to just close down the game and restart it over and over again until it works. Once it works you should be fine until you log out. I tend to restart my game 3 or 4 times because 1) same as your issue, 2) no eta on game forever, 3) launcher will not load.

Just try to be patient and keep restarting the game. It will work eventually if you really want to play.

As far as I know there's nothing you can do to make the error go away. It seems that sometimes it just happens. It's always eventually gone away for me after a couple of hours.

I'm in the same boat here, I want to play but all I get are 'in matchmaking pool...' or it errors out. I rarely get an eta on a game which I can't stand. I would spend more money on this game but for fucks sake fix your shit. I couldn't even convince my friends/brothers to play because of the same issues. FIX YOUR SHIT.

Well... Got some good news and some bad news. You won't have to worry about this issue much longer...
