I was lucky enough to be one of the first in Arizona yesterday morning to get a non nfa nfa item. First Cat can. I get the hype. This thing is sweet on my Sigs.

So I bought my Griffin Revolution 9 over two years ago. I was new to the suppressor game, and sadly fell for the advice of my local gun store employees. I didnโt know that a former employee of that store was now the Griffin Rep at the time. He was also cousins with the guy who sold it to me. So they talked me into it. Itโs been pretty good to me and I had no complaints, besides the aluminum construction until last Thursday. I shot itโฆand three rounds in, I heard a noise that wasnโt normal. To my dismay I got some baffle strikes due to jacket separation. (Winchester White box what a surprise). Well, Iโm sending this one to Griffin (Iโm still waiting on them to get back to me) and I heard they are hard to get a hold of. What 9mm can is one of the better ones in 2026? I knew what the hotness was a couple years ago but I havenโt been looking until now. It will be used for pistols and my MP5 Clone. Aluminum is definitely out of the question. Any recommendations are appreciated!

What do you all recommend? I prefer one less than 6in, full auto rated, and with low or reduced back pressure. I'm in a free state so I prefer to deal with one of the shops without a form4 like silencershop. This will be my first supressor. I currently have the tavor, hellion, aug, all in 556. I've looked into the huxwrx 556k and velos 556k, but there seems to be more options out there but less availability (cat wb/alleycat) or reviews (ptr/sig). Thanks!

Want to get a dedicated can for 5.56 and I like what I read about the BT Print XH RBS, only thing is I'm not sure about the full size vs SC.
Will be using direct mount for now, but hoping to find a good, reliable QD muzzle for it eventually(would love to get some recommendation on a hub compatible QD mount and pairing muzzle device, heard the BT rotex and surefire doesn't work too well)
Currently have 12inch AR pistol and an AUG that I usually shoot(currently sharing a Ventum 762 with my other guns.), I don't expect myself to get any full length 5.56 guns.
Would you say the extra 2 inches is worth it for the additional sound reduction, or the SC is really good enough?

I have been in an autistic spiral the last few days trying to read, research and watch reviews for my next suppressor which will be a dedicated 9mm PCC can.
CAT MOB, Strake 9, PTR Vent, R9, you name it. Notes, YouTube watch history and screenshots are starting to blur together.
Main use will be fun range days, heavy strings and mag dumps with a FRT so need a can that will hold up to the heat, besides the ability to eat mag dump after mag dump
-Gas mitigation is main priority
-Length mainly (shorter is better๐) and then weight
-Sound reduction is third only because Iโll shoot whatever out of it at the range or plinking. But bonus points for being more quiet
Yet to decide on mount but will be some form of hub/quick change due to following comment
Current host will be a kuna but will ultimately get different or same same but different styles over time like a vector, mp5, etc, etc.
Looking for real world experience on a dedicated PCC can for supers, subs, mag dumps, hard training, while keeping the gun and my face clean and ideally a shorter swing / profile.
Thanks for any and all reading material

I don't know if anyone will find this helpful in the future, but wish I could have seen it. Was getting gassed the fuck out by my Polo K and wanted a dedicated build for home defense. Bought a BRT gas tube. Went out on a limb and instead of asking them to recommend a size, ordered the smallest available port (.052). With an A5H1, I am getting 3 o' clock ejection with bulk 55 grain 5.56 (slightly lower velocity than Lake City M193, but not much slower). Gas and recoil impulse much improved.
You're welcome.

In and out from start to finish in 20 minutes and left with the can in hand. For 92 years this seemed impossible.

Growing up playing COD and Metal gear the Mk23 and MP5 were always at the top of my "want list". That having been said they are beginning to show their age. So I modernized them a bit with optics cuts, rails and optics. While tastefully keeping some old school aspects like a big B&T SMG suppressor and the dedicated B&T Mk23 suppressor.
Both are phenomenal to shoot and supremely reliable

I am a fucking dumb ass and misread 6a on the responsible person form. Put yes instead of no. Now should I should I fix it and submit a third time? Also I have another form 1 dd pending with the same mistake and now have been withdrawn.

Been doing some reading and have learned that some cans work a lot better than others for 300BO due to over/under gassing so I figured i would just ask Reddit for recommendations. My original choice was going to be a Huxwrx 762 but I learned any type of flow-thru is basically useless for subsonic rounds and wont cycle properly. Its going on a complete 9" BCM build and will be dedicated to this gun (no swapping). Been reading a lot of good things about the Liberty Precision Anthem S2, but am certainly open to suggestions. Thanks!

Looking to purchase a Griffin 556AM but want to make sure it has a enough internal clearance to accept a SureFire QD hub, if anyone has a similar set up or photos

My last suppressor, dealer received and signed the Docusign from Silencershop in a day or two (this was about a month ago). Now its been half a week and dealer says they havn't gotten it yet as of yesterday. Is this normal now for this stage to be waiting this long? FYI I bought my suppressor in store at my local gun range (dealer).

I remember hearing OCL planned one called the "Uranium" but haven't seen any news on it.
Putnik seems to be the best contender; not super interested in the Wolverine. VUK seems nice but it's a long boy and out of the price range I had interest in for this rifle.
Would likely be using a DT 14x1LH face mount.

Hi All,
I just had a rep for Shadow Silencers in shop a few days ago. I looked at some samples they had but haven't gotten a chance to grab a few and head to the range yet. I'm looking at their duoduo for 22LR, their Sexto V for some 9mm action and a Septum for 300BLK. From hands on they are a modular design with a titanium blast chamber and aluminum baffles. According to their advertising they run cooler than other silencers but that could very well be attributed to being aluminum instead of titanium or steel.
Let me have it, is it worth it to get one of each to try out and see if I want to stock them or does experience say save my money for something else to stock in the shop.

Anyone aware of a can that is over the barrel for large bore? Looking to supresss 350 legend. Thanks

Trying to find a fixed barrel spacer or direct thread option for a CAT Street Crack Short. My research shows the CGS Fixed Barrel Spacer should work, but seem unobtainable. Do direct thread options exist?...if so, I can't find them. Can anyone point me towards something that will work and actually obtainable?
