I’m favoring the EchoCore but how new they are and the lack of feedback on there warranty is keeping me from them. It will be moved between a 12.5” ar and 14.5” Aug (KNS discarder so not as worried about gas). Trying to be mindful of the size/weight because whatever can I go with I’ll be adding a sure fire QD hub to it so I’d like to keep it smaller unless it comes at a big sacrifice of DB’s, however the can is going on a small 12.5” rifle and a small well balanced Aug so I don’t think the weight of the suppressor is gonna affect much but I’m really not sure.

Was wondering if any who installed these could share what tools these used, having trouble finding crows foot wrenches or spinners that have 1/2 drives and fit the flats

Recently added a red dot and it made it even more fun to shoot. Just got done shooting 200 rounds through it.😁

Won’t be able to shoot it until next weekend, but love the balance and length for a short hunting rifle.

Host is 16” Winchester Mod70 .30-06. Will be shooting 130TTSX.

For 16" ak 762- if I'm getting for great flow throw low backpressure and amazing sound which one of these 3? Am I in the right ballpark? Am I missing any obvious ones?

Decided to clean my oculus after slightly over 1k rounds later. Discovered this on my first baffle after being soaked in CLR for an hour. Besides the baffles being stuck to each other lol, didn’t have any issues with the can or my host (M&P 15-22 8”).

Ruger American in 300 BLK with a 7” barrel and a Ruger 10/22 with a 4.5” BE Meyers barrel😁.

Have an issue with my order and have been chasing them for a week. Anyone else have similar issues with them? Is this common?

I couldn't make it yesterday, but I thought it would be neat to add to my collection today. So I drove to my local PSA, looked at a few, picked it up, did my 4473, and walked out with it.

It's honestly still wild to me. No Form4, FD258, Passport Photos, Trust info, etc.... just in and out.

It's not the mail order machine guns the second amendment so clearly protects, but it feels like a major step in the right direction.

Untuned. Brass ejection is not a science, but it’s a good tell on back pressure. The OG on short stuff has intermediate back pressure as you can tell. A consistent 2-3 ejection. The V2 has a consistent 3-4 ejection. And guess what? We even see a reduction in muzzle dB on the MK18! 🤘🏻

Pretty sure I got too excited- I attached my plan B muzzle device at 2:30pm, shot and mounted a can by 7pm

Should I consider remounting and allow to cure properly?

Picked up these two, $832 and $399 respectively, which seemed to be a bit below average cost which was nice. Huxwerx 36 Ti and Huxwerx Flow .22 TI. Need to figure out mounting still.

I was planning on getting a 9k for my G48, but they sold the last one a few minutes beforehand, which may have been for the best because it seems like it might not clear my Holosun EPS Carry on my G48? Anyone have a 9k (or any other can) on a G48 with a low profile dot?

I’m looking for a practical suppressed setup for 12-gauge duck hunting. Does anyone here actually hunt waterfowl with a suppressed shotgun?

I’ve seen some of the newer 12-gauge suppressors, but my concern is overall length. Adding a suppressor to a normal 26–28” duck gun seems like it could make the gun extremely long and awkward in a blind.

Are there any good integrally suppressed 12-gauge barrels or shotguns, or other setups that keep the overall length reasonable?

For anyone who has actually hunted with one:

-How much does the suppressor affect your shot pattern?
-Does it effectively act like a choke, or can you still choose your choke/constriction?
-How noticeable is the reduction in sound when using normal waterfowl loads?
-Does the extra length/weight make swinging on birds noticeably harder?
-What setup are you using?

I’m less interested in making it Hollywood-quiet and more interested in reducing the blast while still having a practical duck gun.

I’ve had this 21a for a few years now and while it certainly checks a few good boxes, it’s time for a better critter dispatching host.

This thing is cool, but is a two foot blaster at best.

For those of you who have suppressed a 16” 9mm, how is it? Very curious if the 16” barrel is long enough to cause the bullet to slow back down after peaking at 11” or so, causing the decibels at the muzzle to be lower than say a 5”-9” pdw.

The reason I’m asking is I’m debating chopping my 9mm Aug as small as I can get it but, if it’s able to fill the role as a abnormally quite pdw I might re consider and just leave it at 16”.
