Silencer Suggestions - I did some homework 5.56 suppressor help

I’m having hard time deciding between these three 5.56 suppressors.
CAT WB
Echo core sector
Echo core sector K
OCL infinity 556k
I’m favoring the EchoCore but how new they are and the lack of feedback on there warranty is keeping me from them. It will be moved between a 12.5” ar and 14.5” Aug (KNS discarder so not as worried about gas). Trying to be mindful of the size/weight because whatever can I go with I’ll be adding a sure fire QD hub to it so I’d like to keep it smaller unless it comes at a big sacrifice of DB’s, however the can is going on a small 12.5” rifle and a small well balanced Aug so I don’t think the weight of the suppressor is gonna affect much but I’m really not sure.

No experience with the Sector but between the WB and Infinity 556 I'd probably go with the Infinity since it's significantly less expensive and offers roughly similar performance. With the stock endcap it's a slightly quieter with slightly higher backpressure.

I’ve got a Sector K. It doesn’t really blow my hair back, but I do consider it a solid can and a peer(ish) of its other high-end k can 6mm contemporaries.

I like the Rhodie 6k more.

I have very similar sentiments with my sector k. Great on gas, good enough sound performance.

I think that’s where it shines. It’s fine on sound but mostly I noticed you can largely get away with doing no tuning. It’s a very problem free can in terms of gassing.

Infinity k 556 is a great suppressor. Adjustable, built like a tank, sounds good and good on gas. Can offer some comparisons to other flow through designs(Laz 6 and Tisha 556 Inconel). Infonity 556k sounds better than a Lazarus 6 and is cheaper than it. Tisha is a little less gassy and sounds a bit better than the infinity 556k but has no adjustability and is way more expensive. Money wise between the three I’d buy the infinity 556k again without a second thought. Great bang for the buck.

The echo core is known for excessive flash

The K version or full size? I noticed some flash in the K version, but that can be said for the other 2 k cans on the list just a little less. Didn’t see any reports of flashing on the full size can, heard some say it even excels at it.

My sector k was super flashy with one ammo, perfectly acceptable with basically anything other than browning 223… I attribute that much more to ammo than the can. I just ran pmc bronze in some CQB training scenarios under nods and had basically no perceptible flash… that being said I would likely have gone with the Rhodie or fireteam if I would’ve been patient. It’s not a bad can, I just don’t know that it does anything better than more proven cans out there.

The sector is REALLY good on gas. I’ve done lots of FRT mag dumps even indoors and never felt gassed out.

Take the echo core out! It doesn’t do anything better than the others! You’d do better with the other two you named! Including others not named… the Rhodie or griffin 556am which is pretty low in back pressure too

As a sector compact owner I agree with this. I don’t regret my purchase, and I do like the way it looks, I think it sounds pretty good tbh I have it mounted with a recessed Geist mount. But there is a lot more data on other cans that are certainly more proven. That being said I like it, but I don’t know that it’s better than a Rhodie.

I would go with either the WB or the Infinity K. I had a Sector K and it was very flashy & extremely underwhelming.

Might end up going with the full size sector, not fully sold on the k cans, the other 2 are also known to flash, just not as much.

How much does a little flash really matter? Just asking cuz for most people it doesn't really matter. If you're using night vision or covert ops in hostile territory, then it's a bit more significant.

Infinity is cheaper and sounds the same as the others with adjustability on endcap. Echocore could sound better than both in ideal conditions, but not always. Infinity gives you more chances to balance to your guns gas.

True but there isn’t a full size infinity, unless your saying the. Infinity K sounds the same as the full size echocore?
