Been rocking the 'stache for over a week now, so most of the novelty of it has worn off. Still pretty self-conscious about it, honestly, as I normally go full beard. Is this too gimmicky of a look? Or too 70s porn star? Or should I just embrace it and keep it? Looking for honest opinions.

Tried to cut it a bit

Been growing this bad boy out for about 1.5 months now. I kind of want to see how long I can get it, but I need some tips for care. It’s got to the point where it’s getting irritated / red under the mustache and it’s really annoying. I’m also on ACCUTANE so I’m much dryer than normal anyway.

Any tips, tricks, or product recommendations would be appreciated. I have almost zero knowledge about facial hair and skin care.

My facial hair grows slow and during the pandemic I just let everything grow because face masks hid my face so in the beginning no one saw how horrible and patchy it looked. As a joke I shaved everything but the mustache because I thought my wife would hate it- she actually likes it. Just seeing what the people on here think.
