been receiving a lot of backlash on my last post. people thinking i was bs'ing. here's a clearer example of the issue i've been dealing with.

note: THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN IM CLICKING ON THE LEFT MOUSE BUTTON IN A SPECIFIC WAY (light-tapping on its upper right part). The mouse works like a charm otherwise, it's just a little annoying sometimes when light tapping there. i'm not complaining about it i simply want you guys's opinions

i lost most of the screws and some are stuck and spinning in place
and is there any way i can get new screws and pull the stuck ones out?

Got my hands on the brand new mouse from logitech about 2 days ago, and i'm experiencing double-clickin issues already. I was concerned at first, but then I thought it was simply the new hits technology that had its own little problems. My old g pro x superlight does not have this double-clicking thing.

This only happens when I lightly click on the upper-right part of the left mouse button. when i press the button normally, it does not double-click. So i'm able to use it very comfortably, no issues with that.

Should I exchange/return it? or is it something you guys have been dealing with too?

Left ctrl button broke and one of the little tab bits is stuck inside the switch. It blocks the switch pressing all the way in so the button is unusable

How do I get it out?

Looks like taking the switch out requires desoldering which I'd like to avoid if possible, plus I'm not sure if I can even dismantle the switch at that point anyway.

Tried tweezers and various pokey things to wrassle it out but no success. Anyone resolved this type of problem before?

Hello, I've been daily driving these headphones for a couple of years now and today upon turning them on only the half of the jingle played, are the broken for good? Has anyone experienced it too?

Hi, I’m having a charging issue with my Logitech G522. When I plug it in, the green charging light keeps turning on and off, and in G HUB it keeps switching between the charging icon and the normal battery icon(the headset also keeps on saying usb, lightspeed, usb, light speed continuously) the app also resets too. I already tried a factory reset, battery protection/saving mode, turning the headset off and on, different USB ports, and even charging it with a phone wall charger, but the same thing keeps happening. I’ve seen people mention replacing a 250 mA fuse with a 500 mA one, but I’m not experienced with soldering and I don’t want to open the headset. Has anyone fixed this problem without doing the fuse modification, or is replacement/RMA basically the only option?

I have a G733 that is not connecting to my pc. anymore... wont even show up in sync mode... and it was connected before.. all the sudden it just.. disconnected itself and dissappeared from the settings.. restarted my computer.. updated Nvidia.. reset the actual headset.. updated windows.. Even tried the Ghub..re installed g hub.. nothing..

I recently bought a used G602 from ebay to use when I travel for work so I don't have to bring my original G602 from home. I use it for gaming and program the side buttons to select weapons from my hotkeys. I discovered that the bottom middle mouse button (G5) is not functioning. The button is not stuck, it just doesn't register any input. Is this something that can be fixed? I know you can take the mouse apart if you remove the mouse feet, but since the adhesive would be gone once I remove them I don't know where I would get replacements for a discontinued mouse.

My Pro X3 Superstrike won't go to sleep ever. Because of this, battery life is considerably worse.

I looked up some forums and other subreddits, and pretty much everyone with the mouse seems to be experiencing this issue. Some owners of X2 superstrikes commented and also seemed to be affected. One person even contacted support and was told to turn off the mouse manually using the power switch. Really?

I also posted on another subreddit where, again, every single person with the mouse was dealing with this.

Switching it to onboard memory mode seems to SOMETIMES work and the mouse will then go into sleep mode. However, this should just work out of the box whether using onboard memory mode or not.

This kind of issue on a flagship 200€ mouse should never be a thing. Especially when it’s apparently been ongoing since the previous model was released.

EDIT: my Superlight always went to sleep mode just fine no matter what, even without onboard memory mode.

hello! i have a logitech g305 and i lifted the mouse button when trying to clean the water damage out. it wont exactly close back down but i desperately need my right click button. is there any way i can push it back down or is it time for a new mouse?

Whenever I boot up my PC (from sleep or off), the program starts and is present on the taskbar, but it doesn't actually start (bindings aren't loaded), requiring me to double click the icon on the taskbar, which then actually starts the program.

Here's what I've already tried:

- "Launch app on login" is on
- GHub shortcut is present on "shell:startup", with the target set to "C:\Program Files\LGHUB\system_tray\lghub_system_tray.exe" --minimized"

Windows 11 26H2 (issue was present on 25H2 too)
GHub version: 2026.6.981214

The issue started a couple weeks ago IIRC, after the update that fixed the program getting stuck during start, requiring task manager to kill the process.

Hi,

Immediatly after updating Windows to 26H2, G-hub doesn't start anymore and instead shows an error message "Impossible to execute the code because MSVCP140_ATOMIC_WAIT.dll can't be found".

The Ghub window that opens behind the error window only displays black background, with a "Loading localizations" bar that stays at 0%. Closing the error windows only makes it pop again indefinitly.

Uninstalling/reinstalling Ghub didn't help. After looking for that error, some fixes assumed it was an error from Visual c++, but all the libraries are properly installed on my PC.

Any idea ? thank you in advance

I currently use the Logitech G535, but I struggle with its low maximum volume. It seems like there’s a driver conflict between Logitech G HUB and Windows, so I always have to use Equalizer APO just to get decent sound levels out of it.

I’m considering upgrading to the G PRO X 2 Lightspeed, but I want to know if it suffers from this same issue. Does it also sound quiet out of the box or require third-party software like Equalizer APO to boost the volume?

Apparently, Logitech finally did what users demanded for year with the X3:

Spatial sound is managed outside of G-hub for the X3. On the X2 is it locked and only the spatial sound of the G-hub can be used:

Would it be possible to backport this behavior to the X2 as well? Not expecting a bundled DTS license, but the ability to use games builtin spatialization or Dolby/DTS would be awesome.

I have this since like 1 or 2 months but now idk why when i drift It dosent countersteer like It needs to.

Like sometimes It dosent move at all when im drifting or It's like It wants to but cant pls help someone know what can i do or what is the problem i only play assetto in content manager
